The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Autopaikka on saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus. Kauppa 200 metrin päässä. Kaupunkilomalle ja tai työmatkalle sopiva majoitus.

Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. Cozy studio located 300m from the center. - Separate entrance - Well equipped small kitchen (including tea, coffee, spices..) - Bathroom - There is a big garden where Your children can play and try out mini skies and sleds, etc. Our family live in the same house but the studio is a separate apartment in the back of the house with a separate entrance.
