Completely renovated in 2024. 16-inch wonderful continental bed, kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, stove and air-fryer. The guest house is located next to our own home. The outdoor environment is shared. Close to Vasatorp Golf Course and just 15 minutes to Helsingborg city and Väla. Access to a large pool and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house, there is access to laundry/dryer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This accommodation is located as you can see directly by the sea. The accommodation is modern and well equipped and what might brighten your stay is a large sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi with sea views. Since the house is located by the sea there is a private jetty to swim from. There is also a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Hier ist genug Platz, die Seele baumeln zu lassen oder für Kinder, sich auszutoben. Lovely and comfortable house near the beach. 200 m down a little gravel road and you are on the beach. Follow the path to the right along the coast and you are in the wood, go left and you come to Faxe Ladeplads, a lazy wonderful little town. Wide, sand beaches everywhere. Dejligt og komfortabelt hus tæt på stranden. 200 meter ned ad en lille grusvej og du står ved havet. Går du til højre kommer du ud i en smuk skov og til Fedet. Til venstre kommer du ind til Faxe Ladeplads.

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.
