Had a great stay! The apartment is very well located, right next to the Iguatemi Shopping and Campolim, which is full of options of restaurants, bars and activities. The apartment served us very well with two comfortable rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony also adds a lot! Communication with Jucelene was also always very fast and the entry and exit instructions from the apartment were easy to follow as well. The garage is in fact a little tight and we prefer to leave the car in front of the building, which was no problem because there were always vacancies available. I highly recommend!

Extremely clean and organized apartment, exactly as in the pictures. Safe and covered garage for the car. The hotel is easy to access and close to the main highway of Sorocaba. Marcos was very attentive, he always responded very easy and allowed flexibility in check in and check out. I would and recommend!

The place was clean, in a great location near restaurants, walkable to mall, grocery stores and pharmacy. Easy to get uber. Apartment is clean, and well equipped for main needs of a short stay. Only down side is you can't fry anything in the kitchen stove (per renter's policy), but one can get around that. I would stay here again!

I stayed in the minicasa truck with my husband and our 2 children and it was an amazing experience, impeccable place and everything very well organized, the wonderful hydro massage, a delicious place to make a barbecue and the coffee available in the very good kitchen, in addition to the toast that was a full breakfast. I went to the city to take a course and it was my first Airbnb rental, I stayed very little time in the apartment, but my wife stayed the whole time and loved the condominium, what it provides and Fran's studio, which was very clean and organized when we arrived… She was very kind and attentive to answer questions, I have a course in January and I will stay there again, without even looking for another place 😅🙏🏽✅

The hosts are extremely proactive, polite and maintain clear contact. About the location, easy access and easy to get to. The space is safe, with a quiet and flexible check-in. I recommend it… the only observation is about the shower, it's not hot and there's not much water! We love it.

I loved the space, I thought it was a beautiful apartment. However, I think you should remove the images of the laundry room, as it is locked. I have already been in another apartment in the same building and we had access to the laundry room, because some clothes get wet and we had nowhere to hang them. Other than that, the house was impeccable. Smells good, comfortable, you feel right at home.
