The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces so that we have two separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , elevations and materials . The attic room, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the living room, there's a view that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Lighting is everywhere

La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sui Bastioni e sul golfo di Capocaccia. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. It is located in the center of Sorso, a few minutes' walk from the town square and all the amenities, the area is ideal for those who arrive by car and want to visit the most beautiful beaches of Northern Sardinia. It consists of a double bedroom while the living room/kitchen is equipped with a bed and a half square sofa, and the kitchen is equipped. The place is equipped with air conditioning.

The accommodation is 50 meters from the beach of San Giovanni Lido, a 5-minute walk to the city center.
