This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. At Toft - Ocean View 1

The house is located in the village of Sørvåg, 2 km from the airport, with stunning views of the sea. The house offers a living room with kitchen, cozy corner and sofa group that can be used as a sofa bed for 2 people. The 2 rooms have two beds in each room. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. In the village, there is a café, grocery store and a cozy marina. With 10 minutes to Bøur, you have the most beautiful view of Tintholm, from here you can continue to Gåsedal, which offers beautiful views, nature and a café.

Cozy apartment in beautiful Sørvágur with private entrance. There is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a large bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. A small corner contains a fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, panini grill and microwave. There are plates and cups. The apartment is only a 2-minute drive from Vágar Airport and has a fantastic view of Mykines. A perfect place for peace and relaxation close to nature, ideal for couples, small families or travelers in quiet surroundings and outstanding views

The Løðupakkhúsið - Historical Warehouse - Top Floor

Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local habour. Fully renovated in 2019, Løðupakkhúsið features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and wooden flooring. This newly renovated house was originally built in the 1940s and offers a stunning view of the village of Sørvágur and a terrace overlooking Tindhólmur and Mykines. It has three bedrooms, one small bathroom, and a combined kitchen and living room. It is located in a private and quiet area yet close to scenic areas such as Gásadalur, Bøur, Bøsdalafossur and Fjallavatn. Supermarket and public transportation are within walking distance. 2 km from the airport 1 km from the ferry to Mykines.

Turf cottage by breathtaking Múlafossur waterfall

Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

The apartment is located in Sørvágur, with a great wiev over Sørvágsfjord and the Island og Mykines. It is located just 2 min drive from the airport, and a few minutes drive to Gásadalur, Múlafoss, Sørvágsvatn, Trælanýpa, and the ferry to Mykines, and boattrips are just a few minutes away. There are good parking conditions.

Caravan in Sørvágur

Welcome to a peaceful oasis in the Faroese nature. In our cozy caravan you live close to scenic places like Mykines, Bøur and Gásadalur. Enjoy the view of the sea, mountains, sheep and birds. The airport and beautiful walks are close by. The caravan is firmly located at the house and is equipped with bed linen, towels, fridge, heating, electricity, toilet and shower. You have free access to everything in the caravan – including coffee and tea.

Enjoy a peaceful experience in this guesthouse in the old village. built in 2020, in Scandinavian style. 5 minute drive to the airport, 15 minute walk to the ferry to Mykines and 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The local shop is right around the corner. bus-stop close by. the room comes with a small kitchen, bed is 140x200 cm, bathroom with shower and rest area. and there is possible at park a small to normal car, right outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker etc. Wi-Fi and TV is also available. There is also ventilation in the house ensuring continuous "Fresh air from the North Atlantic" Privat parking is behind the house.

Our Guest loft with private entrance is located in the city center of Sørvágur and is the perfect base for exploring all the fantastic attractions that Vágar has to offer. You are only a 10 minute walk away from the ferry to Mykines, and about a 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The airport is a 5 minute drive away and the local grocerystore is your neighbor.
