A magnificent two-room apartment on the street level of an apartment building, located on the lakefront in the center of Sotkamo. Spacious view of the lake and Vuokatinvaara. Facilities for up to four adults and a small child. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a corner sofa bed and the possibility of a travel cot for children. Modern kitchen and dining table for four. A bedroom with a countertop and storage space. HDTV, fiber optic connection, WiFi. Glassed balcony, private sauna and swimming beach on the pier. Ski trails in winter. Carport.

A 40-square-meter small house for independent living. You can adjust the heating in the cottage yourself with electricity and/or fireplaces. The yard sauna has a warm shower and firewood ready for heating the stove. 2 toilets, 2 rooms, 2 TVs. In the kitchen corner you can prepare your own meals. Good instructions for all functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy final cleaning = only your own traces removed! NOTE: Pet economy & wood heating & grandma's cottage scents can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make exercise difficult :(

Just renovated stylish two-room apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The apartment has, among other things, excellent music listening facilities and a smart TV. The equipment allows for a longer stay. The neighbors are a child- and pet-friendly host couple.

Quiet bedrooms with blackout curtains. Excellent storage space. Easy access even without a car. Ski maintenance space. Pet-free and non-smoking.

Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.
