Holiday rentals with beach access in Sottomarina

Sara and Matteo were excellent hosts and I would definitely recommend their place for those wanting to base themselves on Lido. I stayed here for a week and enjoyed the relaxed old school vibe that Lido offers. Sara and Matteo were always quick and clear in their communications before and during my stay. The electronic check-in process was hassle-free and I really appreciated being able to store my luggage immediately before and after my stay. For me, the location of the apartment was perfect - on the main boulevard, close to both the vaporetto stop on the one hand and the beachside running trail on the other. The apartment was clean, spacious and had plenty of natural light. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the modern kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals each morning. Admiring the view of the nearby trees from the kitchen table was an added bonus! I would definitely seek out Sara and Matteo’s place again.

Le logement est fabuleux. Sur ce point nous serons tous d'accord. Idéalement situé. Parfaitement aménagé. Exactement conforme à l'annonce. Mais une chose n'est pas assez précisée selon moi. Je n'ai jamais connu un tel accueil. Cet accueil est assuré par Marta. Une femme d'une classe et d'une gentillesse sans comparaison. Des hôtes à l'image de leur fabuleuse citée. Merci à vous. Je ne rêve que de revenir à Venise grâce à vous

Would highly recommend and would stay again. Location was conveniently located to transit and tourist areas, yet was in a quiet neighbourhood so great for resting & sleeping. Place was comfortable and well-equipped. Leo was super responsive and helpful. Even told us in advance about the special access fee days and how to get the appropriate exemption. Plus provided a great guide with tips.

Da wir zur Biennale angereist sind, war die Lage um ins Giardini oder Arsenale zu gelangen, perfekt. Die Wohnung fanden wir total süß und obwohl sie klein ist sehr charmant! Jederzeit wieder:)

The apartment had wonderful views, easy access to vaporetto and grocery stores. It was near attractions like the Guggenheim and easily accessible to the the piazza. There are a lot of stairs but worth it for the view!

Amazing host and she is so so helpful. Would recommend her to anyone.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

Die Wohnung ist ideal , um mit dem Wasserboot Venedig zu besuchen und sich dann auf dem Lido vom Trubel zu erholen. Das Meer mit öffentlichen Strandzugang ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt! Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man leicht zum Ableger (10-15Minuten). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Schöne Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick! Tey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Le logement est parfait! Se rendre à Venise est très simple à partir de l'appartement. Il est spacieux et confortable. Elena nous a laissé des instructions très claires pour le fonctionnement de tous les appareils. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique! Nous recommandons ce logement.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

We Stayed for 8 days. The Place was clean, all amentities were useful (Washing Machine, freezer, coffee machine). Alessandro and his wife are very nice and responsive and gave us a lot of local recommendations, restaurants and things to do in the area. Also, a Great place at a private beach was already reserved and we could use whenever we felt like it. Overall a Perfect stay!

Mein Aufenthalt in der von Jean Pierre bereitgestellten Unterkunft war von Anfang bis Ende ein echtes Highlight. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Chioggia, auch bekannt als das „Klein-Venedig“. Bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung fiel mir die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle, stimmige Gestaltung auf – alles war hygienisch einwandfrei und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Design hat den Urlaub perfekt abgerundet und für eine behagliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und kleine Geschäfte, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Besonders in den Abendstunden entfaltet Chioggia seinen ganz besonderen, romantischen Charme – ein echtes Erlebnis! Der Kontakt zu Jean Pierre war jederzeit unkompliziert und herzlich. Über Handy stand er mir stets mit schnellen und ausführlichen Antworten zur Seite und hat mir viele wertvolle Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt gegeben. Seine Unterstützung war wirklich exklusiv.

Es un lugar increíble, tranquilo, privado, romántico, ideal para escapadas en pareja. Super cómodo y completo, incluye muchos detalles de cortesía que hacen la diferencia. El wifi funciona muy bien, el baño amplio y lindo, una decoración veneciana preciosa ♥️. La atención es increíble, nos han guiado con paciencia hasta nuestra llegada, nos han dado recomendaciones diarias para conocer este hermoso lugar, estamos agradecidos y felices Podes sentarse a disfrutar mirando el canal es algo que destaco mucho. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment, die Lage ist perfekt um schnell an den Strand zu kommen außerdem sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, alle Räume sind klimatisiert was in den Sommermonaten herrlich ist. Genial war der Balkon mit erhöhter Sitzgelegenheit der dazu einlädt das Nachtleben bei einem guten Glas Prosecco oder Bier zu beobachten. Insgesamt haben wir in dem Apartment einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

Great apartment, very nice surroundings. Guarded parking available for little surcharge. Stairs can be challenging for older people, but the terrace is amazing.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !
