This accommodation is in all respects consistent with the description and photos. It is new, very clean, very quiet and really very well located. The city center and restaurants are nearby, there is no need to take your car. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Brive.

The place perfectly matched the description and our expectations. The terrace is a real plus , the residence is quiet and the bedding is quality. Annabel is available and her hosting was very warm. We'll be happy to go back!

We have loved staying in this appartment, which is right on the edge of town. We had a long stay here and the space was very easy to live in. Spacious, good decorative condition and with all essentials. The bed was extremely comfortable and very clean plus a great fan for the hit weather! Our host was very helpful. Great welcome, Nadine and Charles are very friendly and very kind. Well-located, spacious accommodation, with farm animals nearby. Large parks with pond and swings. The children were really delighted and so were we. Recommendation ++

Thank you to Kate and Phil for their very warm welcome, we had a great stay in the Rosiers apartment! We really enjoyed the pool, and we were able to enjoy the (private) garden with our dog. The apartment is very comfortable, and ideally located for exploring the area.

First and foremost, we had a wonderful stay in the bird house… which is aptly named 🐦‍⬛🦉 Time flew by and all the participants were really delighted. The setting is superb, the house is more than pleasant and the amenities are great! To be warmly recommended

The gîte du Perchoir Corrézien is really superb and perfectly matches the photos. The place is very nice, the bedding comfortable, and everything is spotless. The hosts are warm and very good advice to discover the surroundings. I highly recommend it!

Manon is a great host, attentive and always in touch. Her little townhouse is absolutely adorable, bright, clean and nicely renovated, the terrace and veranda are beautiful The train constraint is really negligible. I would 100% recommend!!

Wonderful Stay at Maison Agors, Simeyrols We spent a fantastic family holiday at Maison Agors in Simeyrols. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The peaceful garden, lovely pool, and stunning views made it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Located close to charming places like Sarlat and Domme, it's a great base to explore the Dordogne. We enjoyed cooking, swimming, playing games, and simply being together. Maison Agors is ideal for families and gave us memories to treasure. Highly recommended!

Easy check-in with clear instructions. Well renovated house, with charm. Complete equipment. If you are looking for peace and quiet, don't hesitate. Close to many must-see sites (Sarlat, Rocamadour, Padirac...) Small pleasant courtyard for meals.

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

I had a great time in Aveyron. Pauline was very available and answered each of my questions. There was a small welcome booklet in the apartment that was very clear about the accommodation, which is recommended, the host municipality and the surrounding area. Very nice and very good value for the money. I hope to return soon.

Perfect accommodation, clean and well-equipped, Lorian resort 15 minutes away. Essential trade 5 minutes walk away and a large parking lot right next to the accommodation 👍 attention there is the market on Tuesdays and Fridays on the square. Good exchanges with Mary. I would recommend it without hesitating 🙂
