Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Souss-Massa-Draa

An oasis away from the busy centre of Marrakech. The views were amazing from the gardens and pool, we loved sitting out there in the evenings. A local lady cooked for us and it was lovely, I’d recommend booking it. It was about 30/40 mins from the centre however, we didn’t have a car and were out in touch with a local taxi driver who was reliable and had a good rate. My young daughter loved the goats at the end of the garden and the tortoises roaming around. The village was peaceful and locals friendly. The local shop doesn’t sell much so I’d recommend stopping at the supermarket in the city before arriving.

A beautiful and modern Riad which made our family feel at home! Gorgeous rooms, bathrooms, nice rooftop lounge area with a small plunge pool but enough to soak in hot weather. Location is literally 3 mins walk to Jema El Fena!! A/C was amazing. Great brekkie by our lovely housekeeper who doesn’t speak English so be sure to use Abdel ( house manager) via text to ask for anything. Best breakfast we ate and she made chakshouka as a special request. TY Rachida! Definitely arrange here for her reasonable taxi which takes you to alley where a porter grabs your luggage and walks you rest of way where cabs don’t go. If I had any minor complaints it was no working dryer but we dried things on roof and could use washer! No doubt that will be fixed as the owner has a gem of a place!! Will 100% recommend this to anyone visiting the Medina! Ty Hannah and Abdel for a great place!!

Le Riad de Nathalie et Jean-Marc est un véritable havre de paix dans une ville qui ne dort jamais ! Très propre, fonctionnel, vaste et décoré avec goût, le Riad était idéal pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Nathalie et Jean-Marc mais ils nous ont envoyé des messages régulièrement pour savoir si tout se passait bien. Et surtout, nous avons été reçus et accompagnés tout le long de notre séjour par Fatima et Mohamed. Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous et les enfants. Les petit-déjeuners et le couscous de Fatima étaient délicieux. Mohamed nous a accueilli à l’entrée de la médina qui est un labyrinthe, nous a donné de précieuses indications afin que notre séjour se déroule bien. Mohamed nous a amené dans des endroits magnifiques. Réactif et à l’écoute de nos envies, il a su trouver des activités qui plaisent aux grands comme aux petits. Ils ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous sommes revenus enchantés du séjour !

An amazing Riad. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. Some areas of the Medina were quite confronting for our group as we copped abuse just for being there however this is not a reflection of the property it’s more an awareness to be respectful and not stand out.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fabuleux dans ce Riad magnifique ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’hôte Estèle a été aux petits soins bien avant notre arrivée, en nous aidant à organiser notre voyage et en répondant avec une grande réactivité à toutes nos demandes particulières. Sur place, Samira nous a régalés avec une cuisine délicieuse, authentique et pleine de saveurs – un vrai bonheur à chaque repas. Et que dire de Hamid, toujours disponible et d’une gentillesse remarquable, qui veille à ce que tout se passe au mieux. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We loved our stay at the Kashbar, it’s a beautiful villa with a great pool, we even had a bonus of some stray kittens! Due to location, you do need a car, it’s not far but is secluded and not really walking distance from much, the whole team were super friendly and helpful with local recommendations, taxis, car hire, food etc, we will definitely be back, we love Essaouira X thank you 🙏🏻

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Das Haus ist wunderschön und einfach perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie oder unter Freunden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und es gibt auch die Möglichkeit Essen von einer befreundeten Köchin traditionelles Essen zu bestellen, was uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat.

Jonas was very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. The apartment is well designed, the terrace was private and offered views, and could open up the space to watch TV from the hot tub. The hot tub was large, easy to use and had an adjustable awning to keep out of the sun if desired. Bedrooms were spacious and had storage space, also two fully equipped bathrooms. The air con worked well. TV had international channels and plenty to watch if you wanted. Overall very good experience, would highly recommend for the space and location.

Abderrahim’s communication was brilliant. The apartment was easy to find and nice and clean. Check in and out was easy. The only notable thing was noise outside the window of local teens but also the Gnoaua festival which was not reflection on the apartment but more the choice of staying in the medina and personal choice. Everything else was great!

I and my mom spent 5 days at Dounia’s place and our experience was perfect! The apartment itself looked and felt so cozy,clean,bright and relaxing. There is plenty of room for two people. The kitchen and bathroom have all the appliances and tools you need for a comfortable staying. The place has plenty of pillows, blankets , throw blankets and offers a towel sets (both bathroom and for the beach) beach blankets, umbrella. The view from the terrace as well as from the window is breathtaking! What a great way to start your day looking at the ocean. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from public beach and many restaurants. Dounia was very helpful with the directions on how to find the apartment. It’s tucked away from the main road but parking lot’s worker Muhammad helped us to find it. Btw Dounia made sure that we get parking spot since it can be not easy to find it during the day. We are definitely recommend Dounia’s place and hoping to come back again in the future!

Notre séjour c’est bien passé. Appartement très propre bel endroit, hôte très réactif. Je recommande fortement.

We absolutely loved this terrace home, super private, everything you need in one space. We love all the wood works and the personal touches to the furniture, such a great style. Very dynamic space, really felt homey, welcoming and that we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Easy to stay in this home and not leave! For what we were looking for it was the perfect location, tucked away to be in our own space. Also local little shops all around, little coffee spots and the beach is nearby. We would come back to Essaouira just to stay here again <3 Nadine was also very responsive, friendly and on the ball with messaging. We were welcomed by Ivy who was delightful and a great person to show us around and help us with anything we needed. The full experience was smooth, easy and exactly what we were looking for :)

Très bon séjour au sein de cette résidence calme, avec piscine. L’appartement était dans un excellent état de propreté. Une chambre climatisée et le nécessaire si vous souhaitez faire à manger. Idéal pour un couple ou entre deux amis.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec un vrai concept, une énergie et une atmosphère incroyables. Tout est parfaitement pensé, c’est un lieu magique où l’on se sent très bien dès l’arrivée. En plus, Bruno a toujours été très réactif et attentionné dans ses réponses, ce qui est très appréciable et rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation, et je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent une belle expérience.<3

Mon épouse et moi-même avons passé un séjour tout simplement formidable dans ce logement. Très propre et totalement fonctionnel en plus d’être tout plein de charme, ce dernier correspondait en tous points à nos attentes. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout était conforme à ce qui avait été annoncé en amont, nous en avons donc été totalement satisfaits. L’environnement du logement : nous avons trouvé celui-ci idéalement situé, dans un quartier agréable, animé, totalement sécurisé, avec d’innombrables restaurants et commerces de proximités. L’hôte : David est à l’image de son logement, tout simplement extra. En plus d’être très réactif, ce dernier s’est démené avant notre arrivée pour répondre à une demande particulière de notre part, mais aussi avant notre départ, afin de faciliter autant que faire se peut celui-ci. Les échanges ont été fluides et très agréables. Nous retournerons très certainement à Marrakech et nous reposerons sans hésiter nos valises chez lui. Merci pour tout David. :-)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement climatisé , le lit est vraiment confortable et la salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Geoffrey a été réactif pour faire réparer le volet dès le lendemain de mon appel. La piscine est propre et fraîche comme il faut. Je recommande.

Die Wohnung von Soufiane ist wirklich ein Traum - superschön eingerichtet, sehr hochwertig gebaut und möbliert - und das Beste sind 3 sehr gut gepflegte Pools! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer bewachten Wohnanlage, in der wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben - und bietet die perfekte Kombination von Städtetrip und Urlaub. Wir haben morgens und abends das schöne Marrakesch besichtigt und lagen über die sehr heiße Mittagszeit faul am Pool - besser geht es nicht! Soufiane ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und meldet sich immer in kürzester Zeit zurück. Checkin erfolgte über seine sehr nette Mutter, die uns netterweise sehr viel früher in die Wohnung ließ (unser Flug kam schon morgens in Marrakesch an), um zumindest unser Gepäck abzustellen, und uns einen sehr leckeren Minztee zur Begrüßung servierte. Auch der Checkout war sehr unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir die schöne Wohnung von Soufiane gefunden haben und können sie absolut empfehlen!
