Holiday rentals with beach access in Sousse Governorate

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement à Sousse ! Le logement est impeccable sur tous les points : très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, extrêmement propre et parfaitement situé, à proximité de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants). L’immeuble est sécurisé, ce qui permet de se sentir en totale confiance. L’hôte a été exemplaire : très réactif, disponible, chaleureux et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la région dans les meilleures conditions. C’est vraiment un lieu que je recommande les yeux fermés, que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain passage à Sousse ! Encore merci pour cette belle expérience !

We had a great stay at Youssef's place. He was a super helpful and friendly host, including helping us out by finding some tools we needed, and giving recommendations in the local area - thank you! The apartment is clean and bright and nice. The kitchen has a fridge, electric hot plates and a microwave. It was nice to be able to take a bath! The beds are comfortable and great to have AC and fans available. The terrace is lovely - on the top floor with a small view of the sea, and we enjoyed looking at the moon and stars before bed. Youssef served us a nice continental breakfast up there in the morning. The apartment is a quick walk across the main road to a beautiful swimming beach. Thank you, Youssef!

This is a lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is a 20 minute walk into the medina, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Happy to recommend.

j'ai passé un très agréable sejour chez mon hôte. l'appartement étant tres bien situé entre le centre ville historique et port de kantaoui ou il y a des très bon restaurant et plage magnifique pour des activités en plein air. niveau confort et propreté de l'appartement tout étais parfait et rien à dire..... a essayer sans hésiter et je reviendrai sans doute ds un avenir proche. merci encore à mon hôte monsieur achraf 👌🙌🙏

Boendet var toppen, värden Nadia var jätte vänlig och välkomnande. Det är två saker jag upplevde var mindre bra, boendet är lite långt från allt om man inte har bil, och det andra så var det dålig varmvatten, Nadia kallade rörmokaren men problemet kvarstod.

منزل جميل ومرتب وفيه كل الخدمات الترفيهية وقريب على الشارع العام حيث المطاعم والسوبرماركت واطلالة جميلة على الشاطئ وخدمة سريعة وودوديين ولطيفين جدا ..ومنزل نظيف وبه كل ما تحتاجه وكأنك في بيتك

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent! La villa est superbe et l’accueil est très amical. Emplacement calme et gardé, à deux pas de la plage. Je recommande!

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Nous avons été tres bien accueilli du début à la fin, avec une communication et une réactivité au top. Super séjour dans un logement parfaitement situé dans la zone touristique de Kantaoui. Tout est à proximité : restaurants, commerces, cafés, plages… L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et très confortable. Les hôtes, Mme Nadia et son mari, sont accueillants, disponibles et très arrangeants. Je recommande sans hésiter.

I recently had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and attractions. We have just come back from staying ten days at this lovely villa by the sea. The location is perfect.. open the patio doors and you are right on the beach . We arrived quite late at night. Latifa the maid was waiting for us with the keys and check in was very smooth. First impressions the next morning were a bit disappointing. The kitchen was not very clean and we saw that some of the fixtures and fittings were rusty and corroded. We gave it a good clean and set about to enjoy our holiday. Majid was excellent . We mentioned to him that the cleaning could have been better and he was very apologetic and said he would have a word with Latifa . We asked for Beach towels and he had very kindly left some for us. We also asked for a dish to use in the oven and one arrived the next day . He could not have been more helpful. The villa is very spacious. Comfortable beds, lashings of hot water and brilliant showers in all 3 bathrooms .Kitchen was well equipped.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et c’est toujours un plaisir ! L’appartement est impeccable, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, agréable et bien situé. Amine est toujours aussi accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir une troisième fois !

Es war wie beschrieben und die Lage war ruhig. Nette Menschen und ein Kiosk der zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist. Mohamed ist sehr nett und hat sofort geholfen als wir fragen hatten. Im großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

Encore une fois un bonheur de venir à sousse dans cet appartement. 2 fois que nous venons et 2 fois que nous vivons un confortable séjour, propre, bien placé et tout inclus cet appartement est l’idéal ! Merci Faycal à bientôt !

My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Séjour très agréable, le studio est bien aménagé, la cuisine est bien équipée, salle de bain très propre. une très belle vue sur la mer, l'hôte est hyper sympa. je reviendrai l'été prochain Nchallah et je recommande vivement.
