This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

Mr. Wajdi is a very good host, he welcomed us, with clear instructions, the apartment is perfect with a magnificent view. We are just in front of the beach, a three-minute walk away, you have access to different restaurants, we are really in the center of the city and tourist activities.

Great experience in Sousse! Photos are accurate as it's nicely furnished. It's close to a great coffee shop and the best burgers in town. 20 minute walk to the beach. The call to prayer is not loud. Good location.

We had a great time in this apartment! Communication with the host was clear and prompt, which greatly facilitated our arrival. He was very respectful and warm, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. The apartment is bright, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Chaker's house is very beautiful, large, and spacious. chaker is a kind and cheerful person. He is good at dealing and communicating. From the moment the plane landed, he called me if we needed any help. It would be better if you rent a car so you could enjoy your vacation. The house is just like the pictures. The pool is large and beautiful, with all the amenities, from chairs and mattresses. The kitchen is spacious, with a table and chairs, and everything else is available. Restaurants are not far from the house, and all tourist resorts are close, about a 5 to 20-minute drive. also the big cities like Hargla,hamamet,sousse are close to drive I would thank you chaker so much for the good time and help provide wish to come back again

Excellent stay at this beautiful villa! We were very well looked after from start to finish, with excellent communication and responsiveness. The accommodation is impeccable, very well located with very good quality bedding. Thanks again because we were with family and we had a great time.

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

It was as described and the location was quiet. Nice people and a kiosk that can be reached quickly on foot. Mohamed is very nice and helped immediately when we had questions. Overall, we are very satisfied.

On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.

Marwan is a great host, he will do his best to help you if you need anything during your stay. The place is very pleasant, especially for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea, admire the sunrise and walk on the white sand of long beaches.
