Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South America

Everything was perfect, just like the photos. The bed was extremely comfy. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The outside of the house was great for enjoying the moment. I went with my girlfriend and we loved it. Nothing to criticize. Location near the city is all restaurants. Thaís was extremely helpful and attentive. It's definitely worth it!

Spectacular house! Very comfortable and in a prime location. In the mornings arrive black-necked swans and caiquenes on the shores of the house. 100% recommended! An experience.

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole plot itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

The location is a total dream. House is well equipped and comfortable. Wonderful stay with our family!

Very nice place, the house is impeccable, the owner is friendly and responded promptly. A wonderful view, especially from the master bedroom. Good heating, in the living room it is wood, which is provided by the owner. The TV is small, but it works. Good outdoor space for children to play. Nice pool. Merchant nearby. The only detail that I could warn you about is that the internal road of the condominium is not so easy to travel. Anyway, a 4x4 is not necessary and you get used to it with time. The condominium does not have a doorman, so if you have a visitor you have to go to the entrance to open it or ask the owner to do it remotely. (I know I asked for it and he always responded on time) I'd go back anyway.

Marcelo’s place is truly special and absolutely worth a visit! Super comfortable and surrounded by lush forest, it feels like staying in a charming treehouse. The bedrooms are cozy, with high-quality bed linens and towels provided in more than enough quantity. The bathrooms are excellent, with hot, relaxing showers. The kitchen is chef-worthy — fully equipped and seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi works perfectly and stays nice and warm. Marcelo is a top-notch host: always available, incredibly kind, full of great tips, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even gifting us a bottle of wine and a delicious cake. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

My time in Costa Rica was great but what made it the best experience was my Airbnb with Leidy she was absolutely amazing the entire way and very helpful and communicative. I can’t wait to stay at her property again. Definitely worth it. The place was beautiful and clean and it made me forget all about my own home 😂

Loved this beautiful apartment and location!

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

We really enjoyed staying here. We appreciated Greymer for being flexible with check in, we enjoyed being able to walk to everything we needed especially restaurants. The location is very central. We recommend this place to future guests!

Second stay at Benoit and Johanna’s. Love the location for tourism. Favorite coffee shop, breakfast place 10 meters away. Bed was super comfortable and WiFi strong and solid enough for video calls. This trip there was a musty smell in the lobby, but it did not extend to the apartment. Absolutely will stay again if available.

We had a wonderful time at the Green House Villas. The house is simply stunning, beautifully located and tastefully decorated. We loved spending time in the garden and watching the stars at night. Emma was a great and proactive host who greeted us with a welcome basket and provided great local recommendations. Although the house is located far from the city, we were surprised to find small stores, a cafe and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We traveled across the Sacred Valley using Fredy's taxi. The owner, Fredy introduced us to many amazing places from Pisac to Ollantaytambo during several private tours. He was always helpful, reliable and offered very reasonable rates, including the pick up and drop off in Cusco. If you love nature and a little bit of adventure, this is a truly perfect place to stay! Thank you Emma and Fredy. We will be back!

The farm is beautiful, just as the photos show, very easy to get to, the service was excellent at all times, even since the reservation was made, the service on the farm was great, we had a delicious time.

The dream house is truly a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made the stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with 22 degrees of outside temperature.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. When we arrived, Rosa the maid was already there, cooking dinner. She made us feel right at home and made the stay extra special with her warm personality. The house is beautiful, and the El Peñol area is magnificent. The spa treatments, the lake, the food — we couldn’t have asked for more. If we get the opportunity, we will definitely come back. ¡Gracias a todos!

Place is amazing. They didn’t have another key for our cabin. Other than that it was very peaceful. The morning breakfast was stellar. The surrounding area was interesting.

This has been one of the best, if not the best, Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I was a bit hesitant about the location at first, but this place is a true gem in San Rafael, Mendoza. If you’re exploring the region, it’s a must. The view from the living room over the vineyard is breathtaking. Monica was super kind, and Marco contacted us right after we booked. We saw little fox, horses, and even a gaucho on horseback with his dogs, such a magical experience. The house is even better than the photos: spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy during the fall, with great water pressure and hot showers. The asador is amazing, especially with those views. The house is close to the Atuel River—don’t miss a walk in the area. It’s perfect for families, couples, or friends. We loved it so much that we extended our stay another night. This place is truly special, peaceful, authentic, and worth every penny. A highlight of our trip to Mendoza!

Wonderful house! We only had one problem with the pool heating due to the weather! But otherwise all impeccable. I'll definitely be back with my family!

Wow! Gustavo’s estate is amazing. This property was perfect for our family of 6. It is beautiful, spacious, in a great location, and incredibly serene. Equally incredible is Gustavo and his team’s communication abilities and their willingness to make your trip special. I highly recommend working with them well ahead of your trip to plan out your experience and taking advantage of Sharme’s cooking at the house and Lalo’s driving / guide service. He will take you to pretty much anywhere you need to go in the Sacred Valley. We enjoyed fires inside every morning and night and enjoyed the outside fire pit and property as well. We would stay here again 10/10 times. Thanks to Gustavo and his team.
