The house is simple but comfortable, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest! It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with refrigerator and stove. There are screens on the windows and fans in the living room and bedrooms. WELCOME !

Now, as for the accommodation, I must point out that it is 50 meters from the beach and one block from the pedestrian of San Clemente. Best location, Impossible! The house is part of a condominium, so you enter through the door of the villa and in the background, across the internal gardens, is the abode.
