The apartment is ideally situated in city centre making it convenient to access to near by restaurants and public transportation]. The area felt safe and vibrant.

The apartment was great, just as described. There was some construction going on outside but not the hosts fault of course, it didn't bother too much. Overall everything was great and the host was extremely helpful and flexible with us! Thank you for a great stay! 🙏

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Lohas Stay! The rooms were super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A big shoutout to our host Surya, who was incredibly helpful throughout—from the moment we booked until we checked out. I must’ve asked him a hundred questions (maybe more!), and he patiently answered every single one without any hesitation. Truly grateful for his support. We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful 2BHK apartment in Colva! From the start, Sylvia, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm communication, local tips, and attention to detail. She was always responsive and genuinely cared about ensuring our comfort, checking in discreetly during our stay and making everything feel like home. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotless. The fully equipped kitchen was a major highlight — stocked with all essentials like a gas stove, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and even basic spices. Cooking was a pleasure, and we enjoyed meals both in the dining area and on the balcony with its lovely field view. Security was excellent, with 24/7 guards, CCTV coverage, and a safe box for valuables. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, surrounded by lush gardens and a pleasant breeze. We loved dining out at many places and liked the Southern Deck for north indian seafood & Preethi Veg for pure vegetarian meals.

this propert is no jokes, a 10/10 for me. its very private and secure. it is in the middle of the market where an array of restaurants are available at a walking distance. the amenities are spoton and the pictures depict exactly what the property has to offer. the host is super nice and even dropped off some milk and other grocery, that too for free. i loved it.

So happy we decided to stay here with all the choices available! This family is absolutely wonderful, all of them and Madhu is an angel. Very peaceful area away from the craziness that is Thamel. But you can easily get a car there for walk if you want, which we did a few times. My toddler and I spent a month there and we had such a wonderful stay. We feel like we have a family in Kathmandu that we want to come visit. Loved the spaciousness of the space and the view from the roof is beautiful. The WiFi was soooo good honestly probably the best we had in all the places we traveled in Asia. It’s super duper clean and you can tell they keep it that way always. We just had such a great month and are so appreciative of this beautiful family and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!!
