The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom and laundry, comfortable loungeroom and wrap around verandas to entertain on or while away a lazy afternoon. Leanne or Jeff will be available at any time to answer questions and make your stay an enjoyable one. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The cottage is located next to world-class coastal walking and bike tracks that showcase our magnificent coastline. Surfing, swimming and fishing are just a few of the activities on offer just minutes from your front door.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Ballina Dreaming Studio! The space was peaceful, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed. Super comfy bed, clean facilities, and a relaxing vibe throughout. The location was perfect — close to the beach and town, but still quiet and private. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Hope to be back soon!

Sugar Beach Ranch is something special. The perfect place to disconnect with the family. Loved the location away from it all, on the beach, among the horses and the wildlife. Saw an echidna on the walk to the beach which was amazing. Wallabies and friendly chickens. Not to mention the very gentle fox terrier Max. Great location to explore the region.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect stay! The studio was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt brand new. Everything was so well-organized and elegant—it truly felt like a home away from home. Caroline made check-in and checkout incredibly easy and thoughtful, even leaving some lovely treats like lollies, chocolate, and fresh bread. The whole experience was seamless. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Scott and Brooke’s place is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Great location, walkable to plenty of stuff, but quiet in the evening. Pool and outdoor living space looked great, but we didn’t brave it in June.
