Large, clean space that was as described. Easy access to several restaurants and the beach. Significantly cheaper than booking through Hotel 1. Will book again if I’m going to Miami.

Everything was perfect from check-in. Vick allowed us to leave our suitcases until they finished cleaning and let us in before check-in time. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything is clean and with everything you need to have the best stay. He provided us with beach chairs and umbrella that were very useful. The area is the best because you have many places to visit and the beach is very close. I would choose it again without a doubt. Highly recommended.

Roman is such a great host—very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, and incredibly helpful! The place is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it’s very clean and beautiful.

a beautiful place if you love the beach, literally less than a minute walk to the beach! would love to be back here. what a nice space too but it needs a little bit of updating happening. the floors are getting a little bit broken, no window screens, more kitchen stuff, and need something to put something to hold stuff inside the shower. but overall Valerio was a great host!

Mark’s listing was better than described.! We have never stayed in an Arbnb when in Miami (we come almost yearly) and have always stayed in so called high end hotels. Mark’s place was perfect for what we wanted to do, which was relax and be steps from the beach, Mark’s place is lovely, spacious, right across the street from the beach and in the thick of things but you would not know it once you were inside the building. It was quiet, super clean and they had personnel manning the front desk 24-7 which was nice! Btw - Anthony at the front desk was extremely helpful!! This place does not have a pool or gym but we did not miss it ( we go to the gym at least 4 times a week) We got our exercise by walking!! We had all the comforts of home but in Miami on Ocean Drive, steps from the beach. We had a blast and will definitely be back!!

I am glad I chose this listing. It's close to the beach and great restaurants but it's on a quiet street which is a huge plus. The place was very clean and spacious. The host was considerate and responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner.

The location of this apartment was 10/10, very convenient walk to Ocean Drive and only three minutes to the beach! Some great restaurants nearby and felt safe at night. Apartment has a front desk which has someone there 24/7. Apartment was slightly dated but very functionally with great air con and large king sized bed. Stacey was very responsive during our stay, would definitely recommend.

We loved staying here! I can’t say enough great things about it. Paige and her team were very helpful and responsive! My husband and I are bodybuilders, so we wanted to have a kitchen to be able to make some of our meals and avoid eating out all the time. The kitchen was great and had everything that we needed. She was also able to suggest a great gym that was walkable. We highly recommend Crunch Fitness! Also, everything in the area is walkable including the beach, restaurants, pools, and nightlife. It is also very safe. It’s close to everything but still peaceful and quiet when you wanted to relax at night. We loved the aesthetic of the place. It was clean and beautiful. The landscaping, decor and lighting outside were also very enchanting! I found myself wishing each day that I lived there! We cooked outside also on the grill and spent time at the pool, which was also great plus to have on vacation! Again, I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back to stay!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

The flat was immaculate and very clean.Initially we had a couple of issues with the AC as we were not familiar with the controls but Valerio immediately responded and sorted this out for us. We would highly recommend this calm space and we would return.Thanks for a great stay

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed with a warm and inviting style, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated that the host provided 2 beach umbrellas and chairs for us to take to the beach — such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better: just a quick 4-minute drive to the beach. Philippe was amazing, always responding quickly to messages and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine upon arrival. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. My fiancé and I were beyond satisfied with our stay — 100% recommended!
