Welcome to Bennettscape! Nestled on a charming homestead, Bennettscape, beckons you to a tranquil retreat just 2 miles from the Bennett Spring fishing park and 1 mile from the river access. With all the condos, studios, and cabin available, Bennettscape can host up to 27 guests at the time. This makes Bennettscape the perfect place to have your family reunions, life events celebrations, church retreats, or corporate events. A charming home in the country just off Rt 66 between Conway & Niangua & located down a private lane where you can sit on the porch & enjoy your peaceful surroundings. The huge sycamore tree in the front yard provides shade & a cool breeze. A fire pit is available. Each room of this 3 BR/1 bath home is fully furnished. The newly updated kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. There’s a gas grill for cookouts. So pack your bags & head to the country for a peaceful retreat!

Longhorn Ranch with Amish made furniture

Beautiful small farm located in a quiet county gravel road. Easy 11 minute drive to Bennett Springs State Park for floating, hiking or fishing. Enjoy the open floor plan with 2 decks. Master bathroom has extra large shower and separate large tub for relaxing. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. Large kitchen table for ample seating. Comfort seating around real fireplace. This is also part of a working Longhorn Ranch so expect to see some beautiful cattle. Tour of main ranch can be arranged.

Dickey House, Carriage Suite

Large bedroom suite located on a Victorian estate in the heart of a small town. One level, no steps. Parking right near suite for easy access. Very comfortable king size bed and couch that coverts to full size sofa bed if requested. Includes 2 person jacuzzi tub, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Big screen tv. Great option for a small family or an extended stay. Beautiful setting. Within walking distance of three local restaurants and downtown attractions. NO SMOKING, NO PETS

Maggie's Man Cave on Rt 66 (Not really a cave)

Maggie's Man Cave is NOT really a cave, it is a private suite in our basement with a separate driveway and entrance from the main home. You will hardly know there is a family living above you as you settle into this comfortable, modern and welcoming space - you will feel at home in this rural setting with easy access to I-44 and either Lebanon, Conway or Bennet Spring State Park. Feel free to relax in the suite or enjoy our 50 acres inclusive of a pond and woods with walking trails.

Cozy Woodland Cottage

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently only open seasonally on weekends) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 95 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.
