Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

Serena was great to deal with and communicated effectively with us. Unfortunately, the weekend was rainy weather, but the neighborhood amenities were able to keep our young children entertained. The neighborhood is very friendly and all the neighbors were pleasant. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

We had four generations in the house for the long Labor Day weekend. It was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Nearby beach and town. A pool and small playground across the street thoroughly enjoyed by our three year old. A cook's kitchen. A gracious host. Five stars plus plus!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious—perfectly accommodating our group of 5 adults and 4 children without ever feeling cramped. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—close to the beach, shopping, and tons of great food options. What really set this place apart were the thoughtful little touches. From the high chair and toddler toys to beach accessories, everything was clearly provided with care and convenience in mind. It made traveling with kids so much easier and more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this home to family and friends, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Peaceful setting to get away for the week. We had a small issue occur while staying at the house and Laura took care of it that day. She was timely with responding and communicating with us. The kids had a great time at the dock catching crabs and minnows. The pool was nice to have access to as well. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. House was great, roomy, super clean, comfortable. Great location, walkable to many restaurants. Great views, sunrises, and sunsets from the various decks. Coffee on the crows nest every morning was so relaxing. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This beach house is in a great location on a quiet neighborhood street. We walked to the beach every day! We especially appreciated the renovated kitchen. The hosts made checking in and out easy, and they responded quickly to any questions.

We had a great vacation. The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. We walked to the beach everyday, which we basically had to ourselves. My husband and I want to relocate to Delaware from Florida. We booked this place cause it was in close proximity to where we were researching, Rehoboth, Lewes and Milsboro. This place was spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The block was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We didnt have anyone else with us but the house has plenty of room for more people. I highly recommend this place.

We had the most amazing stay at Donna’s house! The place was spotless, super cozy, and so stylish, with plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax. The quiet neighborhood made it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. We absolutely loved hanging out on the outdoor decks, soaking up the views, and enjoying our morning coffee while watching the gorgeous sunrises over the canal. The screened porch was perfect for unwinding and catching the sunset. The beach was only a short distance away, and the kayaks and SUPs were such a fun way to explore the bay. Donna was an incredible host—always responsive and so helpful throughout our stay. We seriously can’t recommend her beach house enough!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location was very convenient to the beach, great local restaurants and shops. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We traveled with young kids and they felt very comfortable in this home. Ron, our host, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. This was an amazing find! It was perfect for my group’s weekend getaway. The direct access to the private beach (not to mention how close) was perfect and completely exceeded my expectations. My group of 10 had enough room without feeling too crowded. We were especially big fans of the balcony, which had an incredible view and was the perfect place for morning coffee / breakfast as a group! Would definitely recommend and would come back myself in the future!

Perfect beach vacation house. Great location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and boardwalk. More than enough space for 6 adults and a baby. Jenny was a great host, who was very responsive. Definitely look forward to coming back!

If you’re traveling with kids this is the perfect spot. Bethany beach was absolutely beautiful and you’re close to ocean city md. We are so happy with our decision to stay here.

This is a great find! The house was fully equipped with everything you could need to make your stay easy and comfortable ( kitchen supplies, bikes, games, fans in bedrooms and even weights and yoga mats!) Our family had an amazing time and the host was very accommodating (early check in and late check out) and responsive. We will definitely rent here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to everyone looking to stay in this area! The home was spotless, comfortable, and smartly decorated. The rooms and kitchen/dining area are spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom, it’s truly peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the firepit, but will be next time. The neighborhood was quiet—nice for relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a pool/tennis court in the neighborhood that is super clean and you can walk to from the house. The home is ~15 minute drive from Bethany Beach and ~25 to Rehoboth Beach. Also, a super easy checkout which you don’t always find with vacation rentals! We’d definitely love to stay here again and plan to!!!!

I am new to Airbnb but l enjoyed the privacy and convenience of staying in a home. The accomindations were great and our host was responsive to our questions. The only problem we had was we lost the internet one night when the family wanted to watch a movie. I would certainly consider booking again.

My wife and I had such a great stay here! The place was clean and easy to check into. We had an entire kitchen to ourselves to cook whatever we wanted for the entire weekend. The house was close to the pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, pond, and the beach, yet tucked away, quiet, and private! There were so many fun things to do, and so many great spots to eat! We definitely want to come back again to enjoy this scenic get away!

Jeff’s house was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house was spacious with several great places to gather together. The added bonus of a neighborhood trolley service to the beach made it extra fun!

My friends and our families (10 of us) stayed here for 3 nights. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, organized, and very spacious. It didn't feel like we were on top of one another. There was plenty of space for everyone. We'll be back. One thing that stood out to us were the brand new flip flops she had available for her guests that was organized by size.She even included children sizes. It communicated how thoughtful and considerate our host is. The garage also had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun beach day. The location was perfect. 5min from the beach/ boardwalk and a central location for grocery stores, gas, etc. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy each other.

This was our second time staying at Kaitlin’s canal house and it was just as great the 2nd time around as it was the first. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful location on the canal overlooking the marsh. Easy access for kayaking and fishing and just a quick drive to the beach. The house truly has everything. Can’t recommend it enough for a family get away!
