The accommodation offers privacy – you have the entire unit all to yourselves. There are 2 beds in the bedroom and 2 beds on the sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy the terrace with seating. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, the opportunity to go for walks or bike rides in the nearby forests, or the chance to visit cultural landmarks. The house is located at the end of a village near Jindřichův Hradec. Our family lives on the ground floor. Guests can fish in the local pond and, by arrangement, reserve a fishing permit or rent fishing rods from the owner.

The cottage is located in the cottage area Dobrá voda in Horní Planá less than two kilometers from the Lipno dam. Ideal for families with children. There are activities for cyclists, fishermen, mushroom pickers, tourists...
