Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in South Boston

Mark is a great host, the space is clean and he was really helpful. Please only enter on the right side of the building, the other entrance is at a steep grade that will damage some cars. Nice open design, upstairs neighbors were a little loud for us. Very convenient to Brandeis University.

The apartment feels even better than in the pictures. It's really clean and cozy, and it is well-equipped with all furniture and essentials, making you feel right at home. And the spot is not far away from downtown and convenient to park. Host always response in time and being very helpful. It's truly been a great experience!

A place that will be dear to you after the first stay for sure.

The place was immaculate and great location. It was close to Moody St (shops, restaurants) The commuter train was just around the corner for easy access to Boston Mark was a great host and made it very convenient for check in and check out

Diana is a very responsive and kind host. We had a designated parking spot in the back, avoiding the hassle of finding parking. The airbnb was very clean and all of the listed amenities worked. If you are planning to stay in Boston, this is the place to be, as everything is driving distance. Just keep in mind that this is on a 3rd floor walkup. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, my friend and I enjoyed our stay and would book again! We stayed from Wed-Fri. Although our initial check-in, which was past our communicated time to our host, saw a missing key, that was swiftly resolved. The studio itself was gorgeous, had lots of light, looked like the photos, and had sufficient room for two. The kitchen was stocked as well! Shower pressure was great! My friend and I were looking forward to using the pool and gym, so we asked about it around 9:30pm Tuesday. Our host got back to us ~1am Friday, that they heard from management there was broken glass in the pool so it was unavailable. Additionally, gym access was never addressed. While not a major detractor, it would’ve completed the experience if the host(s?!) were a bit more responsive or thorough with how to access these amenities initially. Obviously things happen, so that’s understandable. That said, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and it was easy to commute from. I would absolutely stay again!

I was thrilled with the apt and the surroundings. Melissa was a friendly, responsive host and the concierge service located on the grounds of the apartment complex was friendly and helpful to. The unit is small but has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town for business (or pleasure) in the Boston area and I recommend that you do to.

Wonderful place, close to the heart of Boston with enough space to comfortably fit four!

Awesome location in Assembly Square that was in walking distances to restaurants, shops, and the orange line. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a large kitchen/living room area in the middle. The host provided complimentary water bottles which I thought was very generous :) 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect location! Near The Common, Newbury Street. Easy walking to great restaurants and shops. Spotless. 10/10

Probably the nicest host I’ve ever met! Airbnb was smooth to get in and out and it was really close to where I needed to be for the conference I was attending! If I ever come back to Boston I would definitely try and come back here!

I stayed here with a few friends it was great. Kraku was fast to respond to any questions, the area is quite walkable and easy to get downtown, snd the apartment was spotless!

I would highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to visit boston. Its central to everything, if you need recommendations they reply quickly. The place looked just like the photos, very clean & spacious. 10/10 stay would definitely stay again.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Mont's place is charming, nicely decorated and furnished, and in a very quiet neighborhood. He was proactive, communicative, and we enjoyed our brief conversations with him.

We enjoyed staying at Karen’s! It was a super clean space which we really, really appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Super easy to check-in and check-out. Karen is also super responsive and proactive which was great! Only bump in the road was that we unfortunately had to deal with a water leak issue which was stressful but Karen did what she could to be as helpful as possible. It was fixed shortly after reporting. We appreciated that Karen coordinated maintenance so quickly in a way that was accommodating to our schedule. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely recommend!

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

My family and I loved staying at Rojan's house. A great home from home as we explored Boston. The house had everything we needed with plenty of space. It was really easy to get into central Boston with a great bus route nearby and so easy to get out of the city and explore the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our needs - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The peaceful lake setting made for a relaxing getaway, and we loved being able to fish right from the property. Traveling with young kids, we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the travel crib and high chair. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen and grill had everything we needed. We had a small issue when we arrived, but Roger was incredibly responsive, hospitable, and had it resolved right away. Truly one of the smoothest Airbnb experiences I’ve had. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Probably the best AirBnB experience we have had! Tracy was incredibly accommodating, extremely responsive, and the home was perfect! It is in an incredible quiet area amongst many beautiful homes but a quick walk to beach. The house was incredibly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We have already said we would stay here again when we come back up to the area!

Anne made you feel like home. She is pending for your necessities and always reachable if you contact her. All the facilities in the apartment are well tunning, clean and properly located to maximize the space available and guest flow. I absolutely recommended her to make your stay at Waltham (in Boston Metropolitan Area) enjoyable and to receive the best service on an Airbnb location for your money.

This is a beautiful home! It had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful view from most of the home. Master bedroom view and large balcony off of the kids bedrooms to see out as well. I hate using a small at home gym set up but this actually provided a decent workout. No large weights though. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves both of my older kids left their own raving reviews on our checkout sheet. We enjoyed the beach, doordashed lots of food, cooked in the kitchen, watched movies in the basement, enjoyed mocktails on the patio, I will forever miss that kitchen ! Definitely a wonderful stay!

Host was quick to respond and made sure to clearly communicate at all times. Very friendly and checked in over the phone to make sure there were no problems, we had a great stay.
