Great location and hosts- very responsive and clear instructions. Bathroom/sink could use a little updating, but useable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful one of a kind studio in a very old beautiful house. Plenty of room, lots of light, modern appliances. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Very much felt like a home away from home. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into making it so, with everything you could need, and hosts that are helpful. A characterful flat that looks just like the photos, in a beautiful area that is only a short walk from Back Bay station, and right near buses to eg Harvard. Boston Common is also a walkable distance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was the perfect size. Right in the middle of everything, restaurants, historical sites, and the water. We walked just about everywhere!

Nice studio in a nice apartment complex! Very nicely decorated, with great bathroom amenities which even included mouthwash and a tube of toothpaste.

Such a great spot in the perfect location! And an amazing private roof deck as an added bonus. Jason’s place was such a nice break from staying in a hotel. It had all the amenities you need and was really comfortable and welcoming. And Jason was a fantastic host! The welcome guide was above and beyond and so helpful. Pema and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at The Nest and we were able to really take advantage of the deck overlooking their beautiful garden and the city beyond, for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Their place is very spacious and charming. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Gilman Square T-stop. For trips further afield, it's great to have a designated, off-street parking spot right by the entrance to the unit, with motion sensor lights for nighttime arrivals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides of the bed. Highly recommend.

In conjunction with public transportation (Bus #110 to the Revere Beach T-station and then onto Boston, overall a three-quarters of an hour trip) we used Kateryna's apartment as a base for exploring the Boston area. For us it worked perfectly! For morning and evening local meals there are several choices in walking distance. This being a subjective notion, we call everything that is less than thirty minutes "walking distance". Located in a quiet and safe area of Revere, the apartment offers very good value for the traveler. The fact that we intend to come back is further recognition of all its advantages.

We loved the apartment, it was very clean and beautifully decorated. As a family of four we fit comfortably. It’s in a perfect location for getting around Massachusetts. The town was very cute with lots of delicious restaurants and so close to the beach. After a whole day of sightseeing and walking it was nice to come back to the home relax and watch tv in front of the fireplace. Thank you Carmen for the lovely stay.

This place did great for our small group. The location is perfect, the house instructions were easy, and checkout was a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea (nice touch!) and the bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other amenities. I would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Very spacious and comfortable place, and as advertised. Excellent location for AndrewT station and therefore the rest of Boston. Very nice local park and beach within 5 mins walk.

We had a great stay at this South Boston condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Convention Center, and the Seaport area, making getting around the city extremely simple. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The main bedroom was quiet and had a great work setup with a desk. The lower bunk bed is set directly on the floor, which actually worked out well—smaller adults in our group found it comfy and easy to sleep on. Parking was limited, but we found street parking without much trouble. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-located spot—we’d definitely stay here again!

Simply perfect. The location is perfect. The apartment is a delightful family friendly home. We loved it. Ideal with young adults and a new baby alike. So well equipped. The beds all so comfortable. Chandra is an amazing host; she was very responsive and helpful when we were looking for something to do on our rainy last day. She also supplied umbrellas, which we could not have done without! The place is even cuter in person; it's updated and has a cozy vibe and a nice record player with a good album selection and lots of cool art made by Chandra! My favorite is the Mr. T sculpture! The keypads on the inside and outside building doors are very convenient and simpler to use than having to carry a key. Nice newer shower and comfortable bed. Large kitchen, comfy couch, and just a cute, interestingly decorated apartment. The rooftop patio is so nice...it's got a grill and 360 views. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have hung out there more. Not really close to many bars or restaurants, but an easy walk to the train station or the bike rentals and a 30-minute (ish) walk to the Fenway Park area. I would stay there again; it felt like home.

Perfect rental for a couple on a Boston visit. Pretty quiet neighborhood with no disturbances while we were there for our 4 night stay. Plenty of room and a very well stocked kitchen. Communication was clear, polite and prompt. Parking garage ($25 a day) was close and easy to find. Inexpensive ($8-$12) Lyft rides to many Boston attractions. Would definitely stay at Jennifer’s unit again, if we return to Boston.
