The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The famous Marion Coastal Boardwalk begins on the doorstep for a walk with breathtaking views. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

Stay a few days or a month in this secret hideaway. Near beach, Brighton's Jetty Road café/shopping precinct, shopping centres, train station and bus. Walk/bike ride along esplanade & bike track. Separate studio next to owner's home. Free street parking. Improved kitchen facilities with a new fridge/freezer increasing ease of self catering and, with the microwave in the cupboard, effectively increased bench space for food prep. Small self contained modern unit with own patio entrance, attached to a private house. Large Bedroom, king bed with en-suite bathroom and separate kitchenette/lounge/outdoor patio. Quiet but convenient location close to Brighton beach. 10 mins walk to Brighton's 'vibrant' Jetty Road. Close to Hove railway station for access to the city of Adelaide which takes 21 minutes by train. Walking distance from the State Aquatic centre or 2 stops on the train. You will love the convenience of this place.

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap.
