We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Tiffany and Khamal are wonderful hosts. Affable and amenable, they have created a jewel in the Airbnb world. In fact, this space will give any hotel room a run for its money. This is practically a studio apartment that has been spared no expense toward making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Clean and quiet, a dedicated parking space, private entrance (I removed my shoes at the door. You should, also.), modern bathroom, and in close proximity to all your shopping needs. If you find yourself in the South Burlington, VT area in need of lodging and you happen to book this space, you've hit the jackpot.

Great stay here, in for marathon weekend. Space was clean and had everything I needed. Washer and dryer is a huge plus. A smaller space but found it would have everything you might need for any occasion. Less than 10 minutes to downtown and on a private street with parking making it easy to come and go. Two thumbs up for this property.
