The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. Set on 7 acres and just a 4 minute drive to Lake Albert and a 15 minute drive to CBD of Wagga Wagga. The property boasts beautiful gardens with plenty of fur babies too love. this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.
