Holiday rentals with breakfast in South Jakarta City

Hadi’s place is one of the nicest place I’ve stayed at. He is incredibly friendly and offers you a lot to eat. I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

harry's family was very kind and friendly.I asked for cooking, and they took me to the market and gave me an experience that I could only do here.I also enjoyed a traditional meal with my family.The two kids were also very cute and made a fun space.The neighborhood of the house was quiet and we had a relaxing time.Also, when I visit Jakarta, I'd love to meet Harry's family.Thank you for letting us have a great experience.

So happy to let my family stayed in Mbak Cindy’s house. The house is not only close to my wedding venue, but also clean yet comfortable for staying. Mbak Cindy was really cooperative with us, she responded us quickly and gave us the nice hospitality. She gave us snacks and drinks, so happy!

I spent a month here & believe me it's so much better than shared photo 😁. I'm surprised ! The room is so clean, spacious & quite. I can also choose my own breakfast (fried banana is my favorite!). It's so close to the main road, only takes 2 minutes walk through a small alley but don't worry it's very safe 👌. Thanks Mbak Mery & Ibu for everything, it was a pleasant memories for me 🙏

After a long flight, Lumah Momot is the absolute cure. It was a perfect stay for us. Secluded from the city’s busy streets, stylish and soulful with the presence of the lovely cats and dogs. We felt grounded immediately. The house has this elegant, calming energy. Beautiful spacious bedroom, cozy bathtub, idyllic pool, jungly rooftop, chic library, spot-on amenities, on-call masseuse, delish breakfasts, tons of treats, beers & local snacks… and the private entrance door is appreciated. We stayed for 8 days and even though it’s a homestay, we had the whole house to ourselves. Noran was in her Bali farm yet she was always communicating thoroughly to give us the ropes to Jakarta’s lifestyle. Her team, Dan & Sae are always on standby and had been very assisting to the last tiny details. We thank you, so much, for being deeply taken care of.

Kenny’s place is great. It’s very homey and it has everything you need. Kenny and her family are great hosts as well. They accommodated my concerns and shared local tips (from restaurants, to gyms and laundry places).

The apt located at behind setiabudi one. She provide a free parking and the basement was very huge. The room was very clean, large and nice view from 20 th floor. The apt has 2 swimming pools, which on the LG and 37th floor (this one is really great). Thank you ❤️

Its the first time for me to use airbnb, and the holder of apartment Miss Tessy is warm and kind, help me a lot in daily life. The area of this apartment is bigger than the normal one, so here i recommend this to the future living people. Its a pity that we have no time to drink coffee together, maybe next time...

I stayed at Indra's place for one month and it was a very pleasant stay. The decorations in the apartment are amazing and there is everything you need for a short or a long stay (including an iron, a DVD collection and a fully equipped kitchen!). Indra is a great host, he provided me with all necessary information and tips and tricks at the beginning of my stay; thanks a lot for that:) There is a shopping mall right under the building with lots of shops and restaurants, very convenient! There are also plenty of taxis and motorbikes to catch and a train station is a 5-minute walk, so even if Kalibata City is a bit further to the South, it is easy to get to other parts of Jakarta. Warmly recommended!

Peter was very welcoming from the day I arrive. Anything needed his always interested in making sure I'm satisfied at his apartment. The location is the best in Jakarta, right beside City walk for all dinning and minutes away from Grand and Plaza Indonesia mall. I will come back here everytime I'm on business in Jakarta. Do not hesitate to rent his apartment as you will be very happy.

Narmoko and Jolly are very wonderful host. They showed great hospitality, responded to any request or questions quickly, and treated us traditional food as breakfast. This was our first trip to Indonesia. We appreciate that they gave us useful tourist information, such as Benteng Heritage Museum and the market in the surroundings, and also share things about the local. The house is also great and better than expected. Besides the bedroom, they have nicely decorated living room and cute small courtyard you would never want to miss. The house is located in a nice, quiet community, though it's not in downtown, traffic is always no problem by using taxi. I highly recommend Narmoko and Jolly's house to any airbnb travelers around the world.

Scenic: Really beautiful. Service: Pick up and drop off, play. Dining: Culinary and progressive spaces. Room: There is only fan, no air conditioning, if there is air conditioning, I can stay for many days. Bathroom: I can take a shower, the water is very cold, if there is hot water, I can stay for many more days. Diving: coral, small fish, worth coming, sea urchin, be careful. Special note: Wear long long clothes and long pants, pay attention to sun protection. Overall very good and very good value for money, will come again.

译文 Ibu Sita is a very careful and patient lady, on the day I arrived in Jakarta, she not only send information to inform me the details also personally drive to the station to pick me up.I am very grateful and thankful . In the evening, after she had finished her pray,she took me to the local night market which made me enjoy the delicious fruits and duck for dinner at the local price. I like Sita's elaborate courtyard, simple, clean and warm. It's definitely a quiet stretch in a crowded, bustling Jakarta city, and I highly recommend Sita and her home to every traveler.If you want to know the real Jakarta, explore its history, culture and art, Sita should be a reliable friend, she is very knowledgeable and wise, and the communication with her made me more cognitive ,very grateful to the acquaintance with her, to be able to make that choice more firmly in my heart. I believe that you will be the same as me in the exploration. From her, you will not only learn the historical microcosm and the real Jakarta, but also can touch the harvest of the soul. In addition, although I don't see Sita's son, but I feel very lucky can enjoy breakfast alone this morning clearly heard piano sounds from upstairs, this is super wonderful and enjoyable ,thanks for all your natural giving and sharing, it is a precious memory and gift for me .

This is the most comprehensive house I have ever lived in. Obi is a very careful person. If you want to feel more local Jakarta, then this place is very suitable. The block here is relatively quiet and comfortable, but it is a little far from the city. The traffic in Jakarta is always a little congested, but it does not affect our trip much. Special thanks to Obi for the hearty breakfast carefully prepared every day, which allows us to see the life of Jakarta from another perspective. When we left, we took a lot of photos together. Obi gave us a gift in return. We will remember that there is a warm house in Jakarta💛

Very good price ratio. They have a very cute inner yard where you get breakfast and coffee, tee, water anytime you want. Also you can easily find this place on Gojek/Grab/google maps. Gabriela was very supportive and organized a cab for me that brought me to Bandung. I highly recommend this place.
