Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was super clean, smelled really nice, and had everything we needed. So convenient! The location is awesome too. Really close to the toll gate and just a short walk to McD. Merry was an amazing host. Very quick to respond, and really helpful. Would totally recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay. Yvonne was very responsive, proactive and friendly. The room was exactly as it looks and described at the profile. Overall, we had a great time and hope to stay there again when we’ll be back

Overall was excellent stay. The only thing that dissapointing was the staff & security in the pool area. We tried to take family photo shoots in the pool area, but they didn't allow us to enter.

Gold Coast PIK, Bahama Tower. Clean neat and comfortable, KozyStay always provide, although giving 5 stars, but here are the things you should be aware before booking. 1. Instruction says collect key from PopBox, pls note that there are 3 pop boxes here, don’t go to the wrong one! We waited 30mins as no one responding to our help. Until we realise there are multiple pop boxes 2. So many WA messages, KozyStay will message you using at least 3 or 4 different WA number, make you confused which one to reply. One ask for documents another said already done. Is so confusing!!! 3. Check out, already inform via airbnb message that we have checkout, and also via one of the Guest Services, after 1pm, we are asked by another KozyStay whatapp about checking out. 4. Beds are hard. But too tired to complain, so ….just sleep . 5. The amount of time taken to reply the message is just one of the worst one can experience. Too many numbers used, too many parties

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

Everything is good especially 55inc tv and netflix etc. Very effective. The only thing that i can say that there is no curtain in balcony door that if you change your clothes thats sides other apertments people might see you. There is little dark filmed on the door glass but still visiable. There is market in entry gate its so usefull also.
