It always starts with yourself. I wanted for myself... a place to escape, to experience silence, to hear nature, to restore my strength and to be with my family. Everything is made by the hands of simple people, a little here and there in other Italian courtyards, but from the heart... for themselves. And yet, for others as well. So, little by little, the dream has become a reality, a little hut on the river bank for myself and for others. We are happy to say that the hut has become much more accessible and cozy for others as well.

But the best part is that it’s only 5 min. walk away from the stunning Baltic sea, where you can experience the beauty and tranquillity of a white sand beach that feels like your own private paradise.

Note. Our family comes here to sleep, to unplug and to recharge our emotional batteries. This property could really be called - 'Time-slips-away-here country house' because of the peace, the quiet and the simplicity of mind you get after staying there. This once completely run down country house has been renovated by a Swedish real estate genius adding some peculiar touches to the overall feel. All in all this is a great place - our guests report having slept for hours and unplug completely.

Barn 1902 @ Mikjāņu sēta

Mikjāņu Sēta is located on the shore of the Baltic Sea, within the territory of the Pāpe Nature Park and the historic Pāpe Ķoņu village. The barn was built in 1902 – a year still inscribed on one of its beams. In 2024, we completely dismantled it, brought it to our farm from the nearby village of Rucava, and restored it with respect for its history, using only natural materials and a thatched roof. Two-story building accommodates up to 6+1 guests. Suitable for spring, summer, and early fall.

Cozy old town Artist studio

A cozy artist studio in the centre of the old town for creative stay. It is my studio serving me & other creative souls all year round. It has a toilet and a sink with hot water in communal area, but NO SHOWER or HOT TUB. In insummer the river is a place to bath. In winter or starting September 1 - May 30 you can visit the beautiful Kuldigas pool & sauna center for swims, sauna & hot shower. So generally you gotta be a swim lover. ❤️‍🔥🐋 The studio has a big garden. With table & chairs.

Two-storey guest house, located in an ecologically clean area, near the lake, 15 minutes by car from the center of Kuldiga city. The house has everything for a comfortable stay: 6 rooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, wardrobe, wi-fi, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes. The price includes bed linen, towels. For guests with a private car, parking is available. Suitable for family holidays, as well as business trips. Sauna and swimming pool is available on request.

Welcome to Baltmuiža – a peaceful two-storey wooden house by the sea, located in a quiet and green area, near Pāvilosta. This cozy retreat, where nature meets comfort, is perfect for couples, friends, or families of up to 4 people. The cottage is part of the campsite, but it has its own enclosed private area so you can enjoy nature, barbecue, read a book or watch the stars. Just a few minutes walk away is a wide, pristine beach.

Green Tiny house in natural meadows/ Laimes Stari

Green Tiny house is a detached mini cottage available for max 2 guests. It has common room combined with a kitchen area. The shower is located in the next remoted small building, distance to it 3 m. The total space area 12.4 m2. The property is located near the Baltic Sea coast away from big cities, in the village called Klampju ciems. The closest city is Liepaja (18 km) and a village Nīca with basic grocery stores (5 km).

Saraiķu Sanderi is a brand new and modern cottage in a country house, in a picturesque forest, where up to 8 people can relax completely undisturbed. It is just a 10-minute drive from the beach and a half-hour drive from Liepaja. The bright and spacious cottage is equipped with everything you need to make your stay here comfortable and complete. A wood-fired sauna and hot tub are available for an additional price!
