Excellent accommodation situated in lovely, convenient area very close to local shops and tram to city etc. Also short work to beach. Very comfortable and clean and extremely well fitted out with top class appliances and furniture. Very comfortably heated for cold weather. Great, private location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Totally recommend. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Superb location. Right across South Melbourne Market. Kitchen is well equipped. good space of balcony but some noise from train right next to it. However, it's good that the noise didn't both bedroom too much. only the balcony and living area are affected slightly. The place is clean and really love the design. Was having trouble with he door a little but manage to figure it out. At night, the automated corridor lights keep going off and on (many times). It was a tad scary. as if someone was outside. maybe it was just too sensitive. Walkable neighbourhood and peaceful. Love the area. Instructions given by the host were clear and helpful. However, a little troublesome on the key collection part. Had to walk a distance to IGA express to collect the keys. Overall, we had a good stay. Would recommend the place!

Wonderful place in South Melbourne. You can't beat the location -- you can walk or tram anywhere from here. The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for. Great views from the balcony too. This was my second long-stay at David and Valerie's place and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Melbourne. Hosts are so helpful, flexible, and really make you feel at home. 5 stars all around!

We had such a great stay at Chante's place in South Melbourne. It's a fab location, you can walk to Albert Park Lake, Clarendon Street or the South Melbourne Market, or just on a tram to the city and more. It's a beautifully styled apartment and very thoughtfully stocked. We slept well, appreciated the off street parking and Chante kindly offering us an earlier check in. Would recommend this place to others and we'll be back!
