Nice apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. In a great location in Richmond, good for trams etc. Some brief noise from people outside on Friday/Sat nights but to be expected in the location.

Great place for a short stay, the room is clean and tidy, just a couple of minutes walk to public tram to travel to CBD, also very easy to drive to visit places outside city. The host is very nice and responsive and ready for help. Definitely recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Ange's place, the apartment is spacious, well furnished, and located conveniently close to shops, freeways and the CBD. Would definitely recommend this apartment 10/10

Carls place was fantastic. Super modern with lots of high end furnishings and appliances. Perfect location in Melbourne and loved the suburb. Would love to come back!

Stayed here with my family while attending conference at MCEC. We love the space and amenities. Especially loved the beautiful garden, and easy accessible to the pool, gym and tennis court. The interior was nice and homey, feels like home away from home. The strategic location is a plus factor too, with tram line just in front of the unit, and walking distance to grocery stores. Would definitely come here again.

convenient place to stay, walkable distance to tram stop and shopping mall. Cozy house and quiet neighborhood. One constructive comment for improvement would be to change the bed linen. Saw small spots of 'blood?' or dirt. Maybe can change new linen or deep clean the mattress and linen to remove the hard to remove stain. other that that, recommended place to stay when you're in Richmond.

Daniel’s place was the perfect place to start our Melbourne life. It’s right next to the beach, which is perfect for this summertime, and on a strip with a supermarket right in front and restaurants / bars right next door. The 96 tram that runs through the city is at your doorstep which was reallllly convenient. The space looks just like the pictures- very homey, kitchen amenities with everything you need, adorable bathroom and tub. Daniel is always responsive, helpful, and friendly. The only things to note is that it can get quite loud being on a busy street and there is no A/C. We didn’t have too much trouble with sleep though and there is a fan provided. I recommend the place to anyone and would def come back again :)

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

First, I would like to thank Jackson for being a very thoughtful and helpful host. Right from arranging a new electric rice cooker which was very helpful for us, and providing useful kitchen amenities like the coffee machine, Jackson ensured that our specific needs were met. Even the small things like umbrellas, shopping bags, bread, milk etc were taken care off. The stay was very comfortable for my family, with easy access to buses and other forms of public transport. Even though it was beside a busy main road, the area was peaceful and access to shops and malls were just a short bus ride away. We frequently walked to nearby parks and some good bakeries on Gordon St. The living area and kitchen were comfortable and spacious, and the bedrooms were cozy. My kids loved the bunk bed arrangement. The bathroom were clean with enough supplies for our entire stay. I am glad to recommend Jackson's place and would love to stay here again, and hope to meet him next time. Thank you.

We stayed at Jonathan’s house for two nights whilst we were in town for a function. Check in was very easy, made so by the instructions provided by Jonathan prior to arrival. The place was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean, water pressure and temperature were perfect which is sometimes hit and miss, but not at Jonathan’s! Everything needed was supplied, the 4 bedrooms a bonus if you have a larger group staying. Went for a walk around the area, be careful those hills will get you as we found out! Overall an amazing place to stay, no dramas or issues to raise, we will definitely be keeping this on our list of places for where to stay when in town.

Matt was an amazing host. We cannot thank Matt enough for an amazing stay. We had to relocate from home due to insurance needing to complete repairs and we felt so comfortable and right at home at Matt’s place. There was a slight issue upon checking in but Matt was at the house within 10 minutes to rectify it. Cannot recommend the home enough, clean, spacious, centrally located in a quiet street. Everything was 10/10. Thanks Matt!

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

We had the best stay at Tamara's place. It was very clean and tidy. The location is great! Located really close to the city and also has numerous tram routes right outside to take you many places around Melbourne. Kitchen has absolutely everything you could need for cooking too. The apartment is full of a beautiful art throughout, heaps of books and even a piano! Check in instructions were super clear! Overall we loved our time at this airbnb 😃

Great apartment in a good location close to the CBD. We appreciated having cooking facilities to make breakfast, and chilled out in the living room after a long day walking around Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Sneha's place is spacious and its location fits perfectly what we needed. Some of the house rules, such as the requirement to vacuum the floor and remove linen on departure were somewhat out of the ordinary.

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻
