Do you want to truly get away and have no neighbors in sight? I want to welcome you to our secluded chalet in the woods. The chalet has everything you need for a restful and luxurious stay near Bethel and the beautiful surrounding area. We are located across the street from Round Pond and have access to some of Maine's best uncrowded fishing spots. Hiking abounds in the surrounding mountains along with the beautiful town of Bethel nearby. Also Mt. Abram is only a 5 minute car ride away.

Jewett Pond Retreat

Relax in the Western Maine Foothills at our cabin on Jewett Pond. The main cabin has 672 sq ft of finished living space with bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, basic kitchen, great room (queen sleeper sofa), and screened porch. There is an additional rustic bunkhouse with two twin beds. This space is ideal for a couple or adventurous family who enjoys swimming, canoeing, hiking, fishing, or sitting on the screened porch with a good book and pine forest backdrop. Canoe included with booking.

A quick 2 min. drive to the awesome village of Bethel, recently voted best ski town in North America. The house is only 12 minutes to Sunday River. You and your family will feel right at home in this cozy, private cottage with it's own pond. Also, a short drive to Woodstock, Mt. Abram, and more Western Maine adventures! With a lodge feeling to it, it has a beautiful gas fireplace to snug up to on those cool nights. There is a full kitchen with everything provided for your convenience. Outside there is a great fire pit, and if not the fire pit, there is deck with a new gas grill for outside dinning.
