House holiday rentals in South Patrick Shores

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

We had 9 adults and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are nice and the living room and dining table was plenty of room. Open kitchen definitely nice and the pool was nice and clean. This house is definitely the nicest and spaces we have rented on Airbnb. Jacob responded pretty quickly with any questions I had. We had an amazing stay for my wife birthday 4 night stay. Zero complaints on this nice house and with Jacob. Thank you.

We had a great time, staying at Stephanie’s place. The home is exactly as described, having everything we needed. The area is safe and convenient to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and the highway, without feeling too busy. Thank you for a great vacation!

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our family getaway. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were a big hit for both the kids and adults. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed. Kristen was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The condo is everything promised and more. This condo is the best by far of other condos that I have stayed at in this same complex. The owner is very responsive to any requests. The weather was a bit chilly for the first few weeks and the condo was warm and comfortable in the cold and cool in the heat. The hide a bed was very comfortable and easy to access. There is plenty of closet space. The entertainment center was very nice as was the electric fireplace that could provide heat or just ambiance. Everything that I needed was definitely within walking distance including the beach. I would not hesitate to book a stay again. Excellent feel like home condo.

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

property was clean, and welcoming. pool was deep and inviting. game room provided a lot of entertainment. we had a great time, we asked a couple questions and had a response immediately every time. highly recommended.

Great location near the beach in a quiet neighborhood. However, the cleanliness could be better with stains on the couch, mulch in the pool, and a grill with only 2 burners working. Antonio was very helpful, and even mailed back a forgotten item. Overall, the property was great, but could be a little more clean.

Previous commenters have done a through job commending the decor and proximity to the beach so I’ll focus on the helpful abundance on supplies in laundry detergent, toilet tissue, dishwasher liquid, even spices and condiments in the kitchen! Be prepared for a wide selection of wine glasses and most impressive coffee bar! These things are nice and helpful as we’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s where they only provided one days worth of supplies. Who wants to stock up on household supplies on vacation?!? Not me! There is a Publix nearby for food and the kitchen was easy to cook in.

Loved watching the wildlife from the deck every morning! Saw a night time Space X launch too, from that same deck!! Great location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for our family to gather and spend quality time together. One of my favorite moments was waking up early to watch the sunrise from the dock—so peaceful. My brothers had a blast fishing too. The house itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and just the right fit for all of us. Lindsey was an amazing host—so responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely house in a quiet suburban location, within very easy driving reach of local beaches, amenities and attractions for a relaxing short break. The property was very clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything the two of us needed (and more!), and Coralee and Joseph were helpful throughout the booking process. While the house was in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, the rear garden and heated pool nevertheless always felt private and not overlooked. Prospective guests should just be aware: 1. The living area only contains a 3-seater sofa, so larger families wanting to relax and watch TV together may struggle. 2. The Florida East Coast Railroad runs not to far from the house, and trains did audibly pass by in the early hours of the morning during our stay. 3. There is no door or curtain separating the master bedroom from the en-suite bathroom, so you need to be on especially good terms with your partner! All in all, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!
