We spent three exceptional weeks in Guillaume's apartment. Everything is perfectly thought out for a comfortable family stay: fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom with king size bed, huge dressing room, washer and dryer, not to mention the large terrace overlooking Anse Vata which gives the impression of living outside. There were five of us, including two teenagers and a 7-year-old, and thanks to the optimal layout, everyone found their place without ever stepping on them. The location is ideal, between Baie des Citrons and Anse Vata, with all amenities nearby. A big thank you also for the responsiveness and availability of our hosts throughout the stay. We leave delighted and highly recommend this listing! It feels like home from the first few days, with a real sense of well-being. This is an address that we treasure and would like to find during a future stay in Noumea.

Very nice apartment close to a nice grocery store and in walking distance to beaches.

Clear and detailed instructions for a self-check-in, perfect! The space was bigger than the impression that the photos had given me, clean and well-equipped The neighborhood, Lemon Bay, is awesome!!! The apartment overlooks "the back", so no noise disturbances.

Large apartment, with two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and another on the terrace. Huge terrace, overlooking the beach. Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the living room. Fan in the other. The equipment is very complete, with ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a significant amount of kitchen utensils. Private garage in the basement with its own security door in the square. There is no supermarket nearby (the nearest Casino is more than a kilometer away), but there are bars and restaurants, apart from the beach, which can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The host was very kind, agreed to change the mattress of one of the beds, which was a little sunken, and did it in less than 24 hours, a holiday.

Very spacious apartment, pleasant, bright, ultra functional, very well equipped, refined decoration, impeccable cleanliness. The bedding is excellent. Located in a secure modern building offering covered parking. Breathtaking views of stunning sunsets. Not enough superlatives to describe this place. It perfectly matched our expectations in terms of comfort and location. The only small downside is the terrace overlooking the really noisy docks. But the rooms are in the back and much quieter. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with Julie's apartment and we congratulate her on the services. Recommended.

A great stay in this apartment. We were visiting Nouméa for professional reasons. The location, comfort, access to shops very close, everything was perfect. I'll be happy to come back.

We had a lovely time at Jean-Luc and Sandrine’s beautiful home. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a short stay in Noumea. Their place is a short walk from food, shops, and attractions. Jean-Luc was super responsive - we had a minor hiccup (a translation issue) about the number of beds required, so encourage you to be clear about bedding required. Otherwise, we had no issues finding the place or feeling at home. Highly recommend.

Very nice place for a stay with friends or family. Volleyball court and ping-pong table that make the happiness of the little ones but also the big ones ;-) Very quiet and relaxing. We will be back!

There was 6 of us friends and 1 toddler and the place was so great for us to enjoy ourselves. It felt very private and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the undercover outdoor area was the best for nighttime! Morgan was super accommodating and helpful. We would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie’s property. There was plenty of space for myself, wife and two kids - who really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was very handy having shopping centres close to the property so we could utilise the beautiful kitchen. Required to properly enjoy all the beautiful local and imported (French) food and wine! Being able to hire a car (a must for New Caledonia in our opinion) and park it securely in the property was a big plus. The location of the place was more central than you think in Noumea and everything you needed (beaches, restaurants, shopping) was only a short drive away. The promenade path along the lagoon is great for a run or a walk at sunset and is right in front of your stay. Nathalie advised us (in good English!) about some nice things to do on the island and how to look after the cat ITunes. Definitely recommended!

Isabelle is just a joy of a human, and her house is the perfect little artist's retreat. Everything was very clean and comfortable, a quiet neighborhood, and everything you could need in a house to make it a home. I recommend this stay and this host without hesitation, and cannot wait to come back! Tiki the dog was an added, precious bonus.

Drowned into greenery and right in front of the rock beach, Jennifer's house corresponded in every way to what we were looking for for a stay with others with children! The WE was too short to fully enjoy it!

The view of the orphanage bay is breathtaking and the perfect terrace for dinner in the evening. The bedding is good and the indoor/ outdoor sound system is a real plus. We will be back! Astrid.

I liked the place immediately; it is spacious, comfortable and relatively quiet. It is as described. The small garden is protected by a barrier that ensures a minimum of privacy. It's very nice to have meals on the terrace. The place is ideally located, close to restaurants and the beach, within walking distance. Camille and Ulysse are adorable and very responsive. I appreciated their way of inquiring about my well-being. In the kitchen as in the bathroom, there are a few small touches that make life easier in case you forgot to bring them. I would highly recommend this listing.
