Apartment holiday rentals in South Tangerang City

The place is nice, quite big for 6 guests, and the lobby is also helpful though they really ensure us will not make any trouble as visitor. The facility like swimming pool and shopping area is close and great. Perhaps additional complementary such as tea and coffee will make it much better. It’s small things but I believe important for any guest.

We stayed for one month and had a wonderful experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All the essentials were provided — including towels, shampoo, toiletries, quality cookware, and cleaning products — which made our long stay very convenient. The building has a gym that opens at 6 AM, which was a great bonus, and AEON BSD Mall is within walking distance — super convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a mosque about a 15-minute walk away, perfect for Jumu'ah prayers. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!

It was a great stay at Jeffri's unit. The instructions given to self-check-in are easy to follow. The unit is the same as shown in the picture. The wifi is great and the tv is working perfectly.

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. Stayed for 3 days, it was really great room to stay, comfortable, surronded by restaurants, lotte mall, hospital and night market. Will be back here again if I need place to stay. And the important are the host really responsive and the apartment staff were helpful. Thank you CathSpace!

The property is great, super close to AEON mall, lots of nice places to take a walk to. It’s really clean and comfortable. Great value too! Mathilda is also a really great host. Extremely helpful, responsive and kind. The weekly clean of the apartment was really appreciated too! I would definitely stay at Mathilda’s property again and would recommend for sure! 5 ⭐️

Есть бассейн, тренажерный зал, так же в самом жилом комплексе имеется магазин, кофейни. Если немного пройтись, то есть большой торговый центр. Нам это очень понравилось. Мы ни разу не пожалели, что остались в этом доме на месяц. Всем рекомендуем. А так же хотелось бы подметить, тот факт что хозяин хороший человек. Когда мы выезжали, забыли ноутбук. Хозяин нам на такси отправил, мы за это очень благодарны🙏🏻 таких хороших, чутких, благородных людей в наше время мало, спасибо вам большое господин Irvan🙏🏻

Recommended banget. Unitnya bersih, nyaman dan fasilitas unitnya lengkap plus plus. Fasilitas towernya juga lengkap, ada gym & kolam renang. Hostnya komunikatif dan super baik. Suasana liburan tapi berasa kayak di rumah. Lokasinya strategis. Ke pasar modern, tinggal nyebrang jalan. Transpark mall tinggal turun lift. Mau ke Xchange mall juga deket banget. Will definitely coming back here :)

Apartnya sangat dekat dengan Aeon, tidak sampai 5 menit jalan kaki sudah bisa sampai. Apartement luas, disediakan beberapa kasur lipat untuk tidur di ruang tengah, karena 2 kamar kecil di apart ini hanya bisa menampung masing masing 1 orang.

Ms Irene memberikan instruksi yang sangat detail terkait dengan hal-hal yang perlu diketahui di tempat akomodasi. Ms Irene juga menyiapkan kamarnya dengan sangat baik, dan beberapa welcoming snacks. Perlengkapan di dalam tempat akomodasi juga sangat lengkap.

Worth the price, clean house, unit smells good, responsive host, great facility. This place very recommended to stay with family or friends👍🏻

It was a nice! I booked it for my crews during event in Omotesando, the place is clean and neat, it can occupy up to 5 Adults! it has a huge bathroom and odor free. ACs are cool, TV provided with netflix so i didn't have to use my own account. 5 mins drive to fresh market Bintaro (i think it's about 10 mins walk?) and probably about 10-15 mins drive to Bxchange, PIM, RSPI, etc. I deeply apologize to the host for forgetting to clean up the place and take out the trash. My crews checked out the property completely trashed, but the host was really nice, gave me a warning and was cool about it. Once again, i'm really sorry. Overall the place is nice and clean, the Host is super nice, the location is superb, Thank you!

Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

“Hampir” kapok ke sini lagi, tapi ternyata setelah kita tidur 1 malam (menjelajahi area) kita sekeluarga HAPPY dan BETAH tinggal disana. Ini merupakan apartemen TERLUAS yang pernah saya sewa di AirBNB ini. Awalnya, lantai apartemen agak lengket saja (namun pas bilang ke HOST, gercep datang ada bantuin bersihkan kembali). Salut. Di apartemen, kami juga diberi minuman dan makanan FREE di kulkas. Sikat gigi, odol, handuk (sesuai jumlah kami yang menginap). sapu, pel lantai ada. Jemuran (2) Alat makan (piring, mangkok, rice cooker, microwave, dispenser, teflon, sendok garpu) lengkap ada. Tempat sampah ada juga lengkap. TV 3 unit. Sofa juga besar. Kasur king (2), Single (1), tambahan bed (1). lengkap dengan 2 bantal dan 2 guling juga ada bedcover LENGKAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP TOP

Apartment yang sangat bersih, view yang bagus dikala siang maupun malam. Di sediakan sabun dan peralatan mandi lengkap sekali sabun cuci tangan pun tersedia ac yang dingin di seluruh ruangan wifi dengan koneksi yang cepat fasilitas pool dan gym juga cukup baik host yg responsive dan informatif 😃 benar benar terasa di rumah sendiri absolutely will comeback here on next visit to BSD
