Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this lovely Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared — it truly felt like a home away from home and the bed was SUPER comfy! We were traveling with our two dogs, and this place was incredibly dog-friendly, which made the experience even better. Our pups were comfortable and happy, and so were we! The host was very accessible and responsive, which gave us such peace of mind. Communication with Bethany was smooth, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything from check-in to check-out was easy and seamless. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone — especially fellow dog lovers — and we’d love to come back again.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. From waking up and having coffee by the water, to walking to the ice cream spot down the street, to the crabbing! My little brother’s favorite part was crabbing on the dock for the first time! The house was clean, easy to access, and everything we needed! Josh was an EXCELLENT host! So attentive to detail, and couldn’t be faster with his responses! Thank you so much for our stay, we look forward to coming back!

My Wife, Our two year old Son and Myself just stayed at Lisa’s gorgeous quaint beach house which is literally a three minute walk to the beach. Her house is absolutely beautiful and has that Jersey shore beach vibe to the fullest! The back deck is a great spot to hang out at night plus the grill to cook if you feel like staying home. Otherwise there are so many great restaurants around and everything you need is right nearby! My Family and I already book another stay at Lisa’s in August! We actually said, “This might be Our new Happy Place getaway!” We highly recommend Lisa and her home 1000% and she is the best host who communicates to the fullest! Thank you again Lisa for your hospitality, generosity and peacefulness!!!
