Holiday rentals with a kayak in South Venice

We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

I’ve already told several of my family members about this place! If I ever find myself in Cape Coral again; I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

Nice home, great dock for boating. Only issue was parking the boat trailer after we launched, had to disconnect trailer and push it manually into property due to trees and tight driveway. We had a nice relaxing time. The manatees played right by the boat dock.

Jared’s house is ideal for a people who like to go to the beach. It had all the beach gear and is about 10 minutes from Venice and Nakomis beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the sunset view is the best! The couches are great for movie night—super spacious and comfy! Definitely recommend.

Nana and I took our 3 grandsons during the week for a mini vacation. The selling point was definitely having the use of a boat right in the backyard. The house was spotless and well stocked clean inside and out, the swimming pool was clean and a good size plus screened in which is a must because this time of year the mosquitoes on the West Coast could carry you away. Make sure you bring bug spray if you go out at night.. The area is beautiful by access of water with plenty of places to beach the boat so that the kids could play and fish. Restaurants are within 10 minute drive and most are waterfront.

Our time at Horse Creek Retreat with Marc and Meagan was fantastic. They were very accommodating hosts and were always available if we had a question or need. The property was private and beautiful and the amenities were very enjoyable. The cottage was outfitted with all the kitchen-ware that we needed and was comfortable (with strong AC 😁). It definitely was the get-away that we were hoping for - we hope to come back!

Amy is a terrific host and always on hand with local suggestions, additionally to the comprehensive package at the property. The property itself is in an amazing location, with just a 60 second walk to the beach and bath like sea! To help, Amy provides all the kit needed for the beach with chairs, parasols and towels easily to hand. The kitchen is great with all cooking implements you need and the living room has a massive TV with all the required streaming services logged in. I would definitely recommend Amy as a host!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

This was such a pleasant surprise! The property was brand new and offered every amenity we could want. ( loved the USB outlets strategically placed, well done and often not seen) The neighborhood was quiet and it really was a short walk to the beach, made easy with the available beach cart. This may be my first ever review after all my stays at airbnb's as it certainly deserves it. Jenn & Eddie were easy to communicate with and the vibe all around was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic stay! This Airbnb is a gem, located just 8 minutes away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable – it was super duper clean and well-maintained. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens and even beach gear, they've got it all covered. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️

Great place ,,, recently renovated , great location , and the Host is very responsive (my #1 priority as a customer) On a minor improvement note , I wish the king mattress was a little bit 'firmer' (it's very soft , you basically 'sink' on the mattress) Other than this minor detail , we had a great time. An absolute beautiful home! Kayaking on the lake was definitely a core memory for the kids. Having a ping pong table in the garage was a real life saver for us since it rained nearly everyday we were there. Sometimes the rain would stop at night which was wonderful because then we got to enjoy the hot tube. The only things that could use improvement are the primary bedroom curtains and better pillows other than that this home is absolutely perfect!
