Comfort and Excellent Service in the Village das Rosas Condominium Our experience at Tereza and Marcelo's home in the Village das Rosas Condominium was extremely positive. Hospitality and facilities exceeded our expectations. The house offered us all we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, ready-to-use bathrooms, and quality bed and bath linens, which made us feel comfortably at home. Though we faced a small issue, the way the owners handled the situation deserves a special compliment. They were quick and considerate to look for a solution, even if it is a weekend, which demonstrates their commitment to the well-being of guests. We are satisfied with the prompt response and effort in trying to resolve the mishap. This attitude of hosts only reinforces our recommendation of Tereza and Marcelo's house. A welcoming and well-maintained space! Not to mention the enormous kindness in our welcome with delicious pampering!

The house is very spacious. The swimming pool, barbecue and garden area was excellent for family reunion. The housekeeper (sorry, but I forgot his name) was very helpful and nice. He took the goats to visit us and even offered to drink milk on the spot. A point of attention is that the garage fits only one car. If it is more than one car, the others must stay on the street. The kitchen had all the electromotics we needed. The location was very helpful for a party at the Carioca Mansion of Alto da Boa Vista. The house is surrounded by the Atlantic forest and its residents always appear there - monkeys, quatis, various birds and mosquitoes as well (important to bring repellent).

Amazing property with the best view I’ve ever seen in my life! The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was lovely. It was a great welcoming with peacocks and other wildlife outside. Only downside would say is the little expensive compared to other similar places we stayed but the view makes up for it. Location is out the way and we really struggled to order deliveries with them taking ages so bring food and drink with you

The place is amazing!! it's in a breathtaking location with a great view. i really enjoyed my time here. you might even see monkeys. make sure to book a taxi when going to the home and make sure you have your necessities as it is naturally a difficult area to get to. but Pontal even found me a ride when I needed on quickly. great host. I would stay again!

This is an excdptional house: Christ the repeater on one side, the Pão de Azucar de l 'auter - exceptional view so; a huge and fabulous ground floor; terraces with sublime views; a small pool for soaking. The spaces are spacious and pleasant: Everything is well appointed. Vitor, who haibt eotut rpès, is x peteit care. And we also had the immense pleasure of getting to know Marie's son who is very happy to maintain and develop this exceptional place. We had a party with Breislian friends who were impressed with the place. However, a small downside: to shop and go to lively places, a 10-minute walk or an Uber is a must. The privilege of solutide and the view comes at a low price.

I found our stay quiet, a clean and cozy environment a little far from the places but the pleasant atmosphere I loved swimming pool and wonderful view of the apartment several accommodations that I loved would like to have spent more time to enjoy, despite the unforeseen events at the time of our arrival and the delay in the delivery of the Apt, we were well received, Mr. Neves always attentive with us and was very kind in letting us feel comfortable in the building to enjoy the leisure area of the condominium, for sure on our next tour pro RJ we will want to establish ourselves in this ARBNB again!

A Estádia no flat da Teresa was FLAWLESS! We went to the Lady Gaga show and this made our experience even more remarkable and unforgettable! The apartment is extremely comfortable and complete! Teresa was proactive from the start of the reservation until the checkout. Very nice flat in the beautiful Flamengo district! The apartment is tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a very good washing machine, and air conditioning in the dining room. The building is located in a great neighborhood with cafes and supermarkets nearby, yet it’s very quiet. Lucinda was very responsive and friendly :) As for minor drawbacks, the kitchen has a rather small working surface, and the bedroom air conditioner is a bit old and slightly noisy.

The hostess was super polite and attentive. The apartment was clean, and the check-in / check-out was very flexible, which made our arrival and departure very much easier. I highly recommend it!

We would like to warmly thank Paul for our stay in his apartment. This one is perfectly located, close to all amenities, and has a breathtaking view of Christ and the sea. The equipment offered is of very good quality and perfectly matches the standard of the apartment. The hotel was very welcoming, responsive and attentive to our requests. The few small problems encountered during our stay were resolved with great kindness, thanks to fluid communication and attentive listening. Excellent apartment, very clean, very full kitchen. The unbeatable location just three blocks away from Copacabana. The Host is always available, great attention. The only thing to consider is that in the common areas there is no air conditioning, and in two of the pieces the noise of the air conditioners is very loud and it can cost to fall asleep.

maria was super attentive, helpful and polite. the ape is super well located, clean, organized. The kitchen is more for small meals, but the apartment has accommodated the 5 people well.
