The property was very clean. Very well maintained. It was evident that the Cofields have put a lot of thought into the amenities.

One of the cleanest and cutest Airbnb places we have stayed at. Perfect place to stay while visiting with family. We were impressed the minute we walked inside. We know for sure we would book the Kingsdale again when we visit our family in Franklin. You won’t be disappointed! The place is clean, fresh smelling, quiet and comfortable.

This place is AMAZING! In the country, but only 20 minutes from I-95 interstate. Great fishing, and the house was immaculate and smelled GREAT! Communication was great and check-in easy. We stayed here in order to float the Nottoway River and do some Coyote Hunting on a farm nearby. We will definitely be comibng back hopefully for your future activities. Kids will LOVE the ponds for fishing. Top notch,,,,,,A+++!

Beautiful home with a warm feeling as soon you walk in , things to do for the kids such as board games, utensils for drawing and a lot of creative history and antiques to look at throughout the home. Very beautiful and clean stay, made you feel like you’re right at home! Kelly was very responsive to my messages and is a great host was more than happy with my stay during the new years ! We were visiting as a family to attend memorial services of a loved one in Emporia. The house, location, and serenity it provided us was just what our souls needed. Garvey was responsive, flexible, and very understanding of our needs. Exceptional property and host for sure.

Family of 6 traveled from Texas for Grandsons graduation. We loved our stay at Nottoway Inn. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Views of River were so relaxing on deck. Loved gathering around fire and fishing from dock. Walmart was close and convenient. Posting hours for trash drop off would be helpful. Host was attentive and quick to answer questions. We would definitely like to come back.
