Villa holiday rentals in Southbank

Anna is an excellent and usually very responsive when we have something would like to seek her assistance. The villa is amazing and we spent 3 weeks in here, still found it not enough and would love to stay longer if we could. We are welcome with a sparkling champagne, and snacks. Everything is clean and maintained very well. The backyard is so beautiful having the lake with all the duckies, seagulls and gooses swimming around every day to make you feel very calm and peaceful. it's just so close to all the supermarkets and daily essentials need at down town by car for 10 mins. Some good restaurants around to make your day easy just if you are not fancy to cook your own meal but her kitchen equipped every well that can easily cook too if you like to. We enjoyed very much in the villa last 3 weeks with Anna's awesome hospitality during our stay. Highly recommend if you come to Melbourne and wants to escape a bit from the city life, here is the best option for you.

We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place! He was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our trip. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, which made exploring the area super easy. Mario went above and beyond by recommending a snow trip for us, something we truly appreciated and really enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here!

The place was cosy and easy to find, conveniently located near the highway and near the airport. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Although there was a minor issue with the washing machine/dryer, the host responded promptly and provided an alternative solution, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a perfect stay for my family. Highly recommended!

Lily was very responsive and helpful. Made the stay comfortable. Was a great place with sanctuary lakes mall just a 10min walk away. The neighbourhood was quiet and no disturbance. Lily has been a great host and the place was a great deal. She was even very accommodating to last minute request. The place was slightly dusty. Yet was a good stay. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay overall, and I especially appreciated the host's flexibility with the early check-in! The kitchen was fantastic, and I especially appreciated the quality of the cooking pots and pans – a real plus! The space had a lovely, cozy feel. However, there were a few things to note. The floorboards are quite old and creaky, so future guests should be prepared to tread very carefully and quietly. The main door was also a bit stubborn; it needed a bit of extra effort to close securely. I also noticed a few small bugs around. Lastly, the bed was softer than I prefer. Despite these minor issues, the early check-in, great kitchen, and cozy atmosphere made it a decent stay.

Sam and Liz were lovely hosts, always responsive to checking in/out and any questions throughout our stay! Beautiful, spacious and peaceful property which we explored all hours of the day! Highly recommend when staying in Kinglake!

Our 4 weeks stay at the "Settlers Run Golf Resort" Airbnb was exceptional! The friendly host, spotless house, and abundance of amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Communication was a breeze, and the flexibility of the host added to the overall positive experience. A perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Highly recommended!

Heritage Retreat’s property was amazing. Can fit so many people and although we loved our stay in the middle of winter, this property can be so enjoyable in the summer. Great and responsive staff. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful accomodation I have ever lived at. It was scenic, calm, peaceful, beautiful and I wish we had stayed longer. My family and friends absolutely loved the accomodation. The rooms ate all so big and spacious yet cosy and comfortable. We will definitely be back. It’s a well maintained property beautiful garden and a lot of effort to maintain it. Thankyou so much

Lydia and Peter are great host! They are friendly and are always ready to answer any queries or concerns that you have. Their place at Brighton is perfect for our family of 7. The ample space, 3 spacious bedrooms, pool/table tennis table and the big indoor garage is great! Would highly recommend it to families with kids and have a big MPV.

Veronika was really nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed the property and totally worth it. breakfast was a bonus.

We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.
