Holiday rentals with a patio in Southchase

The Suite was beautifully decorated, especially the bedroom. It is great for couples, but if you have one or two additional people the love seat folds out into a full size bed. It is a very nice, comfortable bed, not the typical sofa beds I am use to. The mattress is a memory foam mattress that is part of the cushioning of the love seat. Like I mentioned above, it is very comfortable. The Suite looks identical to the pictures on Airbnb, you have access to the swimming pool which is right out the bedroom back doors. You also have the paved driveway all to yourself which is a huge plus. Now about Abraham, the host, he was absolutely amazing and very responsive. We had a couple things happen that were beyond his control and when I called or texted him about it, he was ready to send out the handyman immediately. Based on what the issues were, we were able to make due so that the repairs could wait until after our stay. He was so kind and amazing through it all. We'd stay here again.

We had a great time staying at the condo and enjoyed a short walk to the pool area. It was convininet to have a shopping plaza with restarants, gift shop, coffee shop, and groceries right next to us. It was beautiful condo and clean, the kitchen was missing some basic utelnils and bowls, but we resolved that. If you are a family that cooks and does not go out much, all pots and pans were too small to cook for 6 people, we only had two coffee mugs to share between 3 adults for morning coffee, not a big deal - just plan ahead and get creative. It is not fully stocked kitchen (to our liking) especially for 6 ppl., but I am sure most people would be ok with that if eating out. There was no salt or papper or cooking oil, which is a first for me when renting .The condo was nice and cool, we enjoyed an evening on the balcony too. Overall a great stay and super local to all attractions, trip to Orlando Studios was 10 minutes, and 12 min to the airport, not bad at all! Thanks for hosting us!

Foi perfeita para nossa filha de 1 ano, com itens essenciais como berço e cadeirão de alimentação, o que fez toda a diferença para o nosso conforto. A localização também é excelente, perto de tudo: parques da Disney, Universal, shoppings, lojas e supermercados. Recomendamos muito e com certeza voltaríamos!

Jessica’s place was pristine and better even than the nice pictures. There were special touches throughout the studio. The bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for our anniversary (39 years) trip to Dísney World! Definitely recommend!

We’ve stayed at Jonny’s place several times and always make it a point to come back when we’re in Florida. Jonny is an amazing host and this home is beautiful and always exceeds expectations. It was a nice little space for my 5 year old son and myself to stay for the night. We didn’t eat at the house so I’m not sure how well the kitchen works for that. The bedroom was clean and the bathroom was updated and nice. There was no smoke alarm which was a bit unnerving while having my son with me. (You could see where there was supposed to be one but it was not there). Otherwise it was a nice quiet room for us.

Chris was extremely responsive the place is amazing kids love it the site is just amazing, the BEDS are extremely comfortable and after long walks on the parks the sleep is really important and this site provide that besides all the amenities that also include as the games arcades, ETC

Alie’s place was amazing! Extreme clean and modern. Pool and lounge are were perfect! Great place to just relax by the pool and get some sun. It is in a good location and close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved the place! It’s at a great location. Was able to get to Sea World, Walmart and other nearby restaurants within single digit lyft rides which is amazing! The unit was beautifully arranged and filled with thoughtful amenities! The lake beside is simply a bonus! Host was super responsive and friendly!

Apartamento espaçoso e com localização privilegiada, pois fica num ponto a média distância dos parques e Kyle é uma pessoa muito atenciosa que responde prontamente quando você precisa. Acho necessário esclarecer aqui que não está incluso na diária serviços de arrumação, troca de roupas e limpeza do apartamento. Para quem vai ficar poucos dias não faz diferença, mas no meu caso que alugou por 11 dias, sim. Mas isso é um detalhe que não diminui a excelência do apartamento.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
