The unit is next to a recording studio so there is a chance of hearing some minor noise during working hours. It can sleep up to 4-5 but the living quarters would be a little tight. Gas station, bar and grocery store within walking distance. Kitchen comes with stove, fridge, coffee potand cooking utensils. Wifi available upon r No pets

The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a nice ice cream and sandwich shop. It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has Direct TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
