Holiday rentals with lake access in Southern Aegean

The Christianna Villa was everything we hoped for and more. We arrived after dark and were greeted warmly by Ioannis and Maria. The following morning was a proper wow moment when we saw the beautiful setting. We hired a car but the beach, shops and restaurants are only about a 15 minute walk away. I can't fault a single thing about our hosts, the villa and the area. We had a wonderful holiday and didn't want to go home!

Patrice est un hôte très accueillant qui a su répondre à nos questions chaque fois que nécessaire malgré la distance. Son logement aussi beau que confortable est très bien placé dans une résidence très calme ( pas loin du beau lac de Kournas mais également de la plage). Séjour reposant garanti!!

Das Appartment ist entsprechend der Beschreibung und der Fotos sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe zum Ort und Strand und trotzdem ruhig und im Grünen. Die Kommunikation mit Evridiki war sehr schnell und freundlich. Sie ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ich würde das Appartement jederzeit wiederbuchen. Vielen Dank an Evridiki!

Schock-VERLIEBT!!! Wir waren auf der Insel mehr als 2,5 Wochen und in mehreren Unterkünften. Diese Villa ist mit Abgrund - die schönste die wir je besucht hatten. Dieser Ausblick, die Ruhe, der Pool, das Haus - alles hat einfach gestimmt. Das Haus hat eine ganz eine, beruhigende Stimmung. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und wollten im Grunde das Haus nicht verlassen. Das Haus ist genau richtig, wenn man für sich sein will. Man ist recht schnell mit dem Auto am Strand und hat auch alles in der Nähe. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. DANKE.

We loved the place: Near the beach and the town centre. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view to the mountains. And we walked many of the hiking paths; the first one runs along the house. Zacharias and his wife were generous with information and help. We were a bit surpriced that the three bedrooms was inter-connected: To get to bedroom 2 you had to go through room 1. And room 3 (on the upper side of room 2 and with no own door) had to go through both rooms. But for a group of close friends itworked fine

Manos and his family were very helpful and kind with us. They provided everything we needed for our stay and were always available and helpful. The apartment looks exactly as pictured: it's small but perfect for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The little garden was our favourite place to chill after a long day around the beaches in Kos. Thank you again Caroline, Yannis and Manos for everything you did for us!

Dear Nikos Thank you for beeing a real super host, from the beginning to the end it was perfect. The place is loveley located over the sweetwater lake Kourna and has a marvelous view, probably the best you can have. Everything is clean, nice and handy. Pool is perfect for a pool day and grill for a family evening. You are in two minutes in nice good tavernas and by car in 3 Min at the beach. We enjoyed our stay. I can recomend Nikos warmly!

Le logement est conforme à la description, propre, paisible, loin de la foule et de l'agitation crétoise. La communication avec Intertip fût très simple, ils sont très réactifs. Une mention particulière à Thomas, le propriétaire du logement, un monsieur d'une extrême gentillesse, aux petits soins pour nous, juste adorable. Nous recommandons +++ ce logement et nous n'hésiterons pas à conseiller ce logement à notre famille et nos amis. Merci beaucoup.

Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben, liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, die hauseigenene Taverne bietet authentische griechische Küche, sehr empfehlenswert. Ideal für Reisende, die abseits der Touristenmeile untergebracht sein möchten. Sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Kos :)

Δεν μπορούσαμε να ζητήσουμε κάτι παραπάνω απο την διαμονή μας. Αψεγάδιαστη. Το σπίτι ωραίο, περιποιημένο , καθώς και η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού φανταστική μιας και απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά μακριά απο την παραλία της μεσακτής. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και ανυπομονώ για να το ξανα επισκεφτώ.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und liegt nur 10min zu Fuß von Hafen entfern. Sevasti ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollte es an Kleinigkeiten fehlen ist Sevasti sofort dabei das Problem zu lösen. Eine weitere Empfehlung gilt dem Restaurant neben an, dort hatten wir wundervolle Abende und das Essen ist besser als so manches Restaurant an der Promenade.

Malgré le fait que nous n'avons pas eu la chambre correspondant à l'annonce, nous avons été très bien reçu dans une chambre accueillante, propre et avec une belle vue. Michael, le frère d’Eirini, est très sympathique et disponible.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement était propre avec une vue superbe et un accès direct à une petite plage privée. Le seul bémol est les bruits des voitures la nuit. Le logement est très bien placé, à 5 min en voiture de la ville. Notre hôte a été très serviable, a été de bon conseil et n’a pas hésité à prendre de nos nouvelles tout au long de notre séjour. Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour ! 😊

Alexandra is probably the best host we have had so far with Airbnb. She is a kind, responsive and very generous host who you can tell puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and was located right on the water front in Apollonas, a small fishing village located to the north of the island. This place is perfect if you’re just looking to relax. Highly recommend!

Super netter Gastgeber und tolle Unterkunft für den Aufenthalt in Naxos

Jiannis ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er kümmert sich um alles, wenn man etwas man braucht. Frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Flughafentransfer und vieles mehr. Die Kommunikation mit ihm was sehr gut. Das Apartment war sauber. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Salzsee und dem Sonnenuntergang. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Souvenirläden, Autovermietung) und ist per Fuss oder Fahrrad nicht weit entfernt. Im Apartment gibt es einen Flachbild Fernseher mit Netflix, YouTube etc.) und eine Klimaanlage. Ich kann Jiannis nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen. Bonjour, Nous avons été ravi de séjourner dans ce logement, l intérieur de la maison est impeccable et agréable à vivre avec ses 2 terrasses. L intérieur est très propre, les draps et serviettes sont très propres également une literie impeccable. Nous avons eu chaud à notre arrivée malgré la Clim cela c est réglé au bout de quelques heures une fois la Clim lancé et le propriétaire nous a fait livrer un ventilateur tout neuf par un magasin. Propriétaire très réactif et à l écoute des ses hôtes. Emplacement du logement très bien placé, accès aux plages, à peine 10 minutes du centre-ville de Kos , à proximité la possibilité de louer des quads ou buggy et des voitures et même des vélos et scooter. Je recommande fortement

Magnifique petite maison au calme bien située pour visiter Chania , Kourna , Rethymnon , Chora Skafia et environs. Un accueil formidable rarement vu , des explications claires et succintes en anglais: tout était parfait . La famille est vraiment composée de gens formidables qui aiment leur pays magnifique. Des petit cadeaux bien agréables : vin + huile délicieux ( helas trop lourd pour la reprendre..). La maison est super bien équipée : il ne manque absolument rien et tout fonctionne bien : même le wifi ! La maison est super propre , possibilité de faire son linge , eau chaude en permanence et petit radiateur électrique en cas de gros froid mais également des hamacs pour se reposer. Parking aisé juste devant la petit maison dans l'enclos . Grand terrain cloturé par un petit mur bien pratique qui empechait notre petit chien de s'échapper. A pied, le lac de Kournas (5 minutes) et la plage (30 minutes) et le centre de Gorgiopoulis ( 25 minutes) ne sont pas loin. Bref un petit paradis, on aurait bien voulu rester plus longtemps mais les vols retour la semaine suivante vers la Belgique étaient vraiment trop chers : dommage !

One of the best equipped and cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to. The place was spotless. Every utility you'll ever need simply is there, amazing! The place was very easy to find on google maps, another great thing, you have your own driveway, so always room to park your car. Konstantinos, his wife and parents were very friendly and hospitable. He always replied fast if you needed some information. As a welcome gift he left some local wines for me, one of them I like so much I brought 12 bottles home with me If you go to Rhodes in search for a place away from mass tourism I definitely recommend this place. If you do want to see some of the island a rental car is a must. Konstantinos, great host, and thank you for having me!

Maria mükemmel bir ev sahibiydi :) ev konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde güzel restorantlara ve sahile yürüme mesafesinde. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi eşyalar yeniydi. Eve geldiğimizde Maria bizim için bir çok alışveriş yapmış evin klimasını bile açık bırakmıştı:) tüm dolaplar bizim için yiyecek ve içecekler ile doluydu ve hepsi Maria nın hediyesiydi ve bunlar harikaydı.:) Konum olarak temizlik olarak ve eşyalar olarak son derece konforluydu. Leros a gelecekseniz kesinlikle Maria ile görüşmenizi tavsiye ederim. Asla pişman olmazsınız:)

We had a fabulous time! House just a few metres from the sea (2 minutes by car), with a private pool and a wonderful view. It feels really good and everything is so private so you can have a pleasant holiday. Maria was always helpful and kind and ready to meet our every need and always thoughtful about all the details so that we could have a pleasant holiday. Flexible and easy check-in and check-out. You will return, that's for sure.
