The place is so nice and malapit sa mga store.

We were a group of 11. With two of the nine beds being queens, it was the perfect size. The house is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and clubs in Makati City. Juan was very responsive to messages, and Jenna was very helpful at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved the balcony, the view was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

Danica's Pad is a perfect place for a family staycation. With complete amenities and free use of cutlery. A very cozy place to relax and have bond with your fam! The kitchen, comfort room, living room and bedroom was so tidy, clean and cool. It was so enjoyable and fun to stay in a place that feels like home. I recommended this place and will definitely visit again soon. ☺️

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. Everything was awesome, only complaints would be ps4 controllers both we defective, no instructions to connect to bluetooth speaker, and found a few bugs in the kitchen area. Other than that the view was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful, clean appartment, amazing air conditioning! I would book again!

Friendly host, grounds keeper also friendly. assisted with water delivery and also my riding equipment i accidently left. i was carrying alot and he called right after my check out. i would stay again and is great for 2+ and patio is perfect for working and washing clothes.

Ma'am Eunice and Sir Kit were very approachable. They reply fast and accommodate us. The location was near establishments, most especially Cubao Expo, which we really love going to. They provide basic needs like towels, which we did not expect. Complete kitchen, was able to cook. The place was so cozy and homey. Thank you for the great stay!

Our stay at Shine’s flat was a great experience. The space was neat, compact, and well laid out, with a cozy lofted bed and all the essentials provided—including cooking basics, a rice cooker, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the clean bathroom with a bidet and the reliable AC and WiFi, which made it easy to relax or get things done. Everything was as described, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Best of all, the host was always quick to respond to my questions, which made the stay feel even smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

The place was spotlessly clean and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short distance to popular malls, restaurants, and cafes. I loved how spacious the apartment was, with plenty of room to lounge around, eat, & work. The view from the apartment was great, and I absolutely loved the modern industrial interior design. So stylish and comfortable! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for a night. Quiet and secured place. AC, Hot water shower and wifi all working good. Clean and well equipped unit. Glad we came prepared. The building is not near the entrance of the compound, where the food establishments are located. If you are not going to bring a car, I highly suggest to bring food before checking in or just order food. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
