Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Southern Maryland

The rental was as shown in the photos. Easily walkable and centrally located to great restaurants (Tatte across the street had delicious breakfasts and sandwiches) and the waterfront. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to Reagan Int'l Airport, so you will hear planes taking off.

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

We primarily chose this for easy access to the town. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops are just a few minutes walk. A nice view of the river and backed up to a wooded hill made this both private and easily accessible. Friendly hosts and very responsive to questions we had. Would stay again!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

Our second time here! An absolutely adorable gem of an Airbnb with the nicest hosts and most beautiful garden and dock on the River! Great restaurant recommendations, super comfortable beds, and lovely living room. Perfect for families visiting the beloved St. Mary’s River.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

Less than .5 miles from sand . The kids loved staying at the house versus a hotel ! Was the perfect spot to relax and go on the deck to hear the water . Would definitely go back for another vacation.

The location was beautiful, scenic and quiet and a nice private spave near the water. I enjoyed taking daily walks on the trails and taking in the scenery & wildlife, including turtles, beavers, snakes, birds, etc. My husband & children enjoyed fishing and making s'mores over the firepit. Our family loves water. This sweet little house was perfect for us with a screened porch, a dock, kayaks, crab pots, and a view of the Little Wicomico River with beautiful sunrises. We wasted no time, getting in kayaks right away and paddling across the river. The kids spent hours on the dock scooping jelly fish and small fish with a net. The house was clean with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable sleeping arrangement for six of us. Karen graciously left us a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. Thank you!Karen is a gracious friendly hostess. We will most definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for spending quality time together while still giving everyone space to unwind. Private beach access made it even more special—we made great memories, met some lovely neighbors, and even had a chance to paddle board and spot a stingray! Huge shout-out to Leigh, our amazing host—so thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local markets. We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, and getting into the city was easy with plenty of nearby transportation options. A great spot for both relaxing and sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Had a great weekend in the Northern Neck here! We watched a pod of dolphins and stingrays from the backyard, enjoyed easy access to nearby parks, and had a great time cooking in the kitchen. This is seemingly a very recently renovated house, and all the towels, sheets, beds, etc. seemed brand new as well. It was super clean, super comfy, and the hosts were very responsive! I liked that the property was surrounded on one side by forest as well—it was nice and quiet and secluded. Finally, they have a super cute collection of board games disguised as old timey books. I'd definitely stay here again!

Chose this spot for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. You’ll love the views and infinite amenities but most of all, Evan is an incomparable host. I’d book with him again, no doubt. He’s clearly gone above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home (if your home is impeccably decorated and designed for ultimate comfort). He’s gone to great lengths to make sure his guests have a memorable experience and it’s appreciated!

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights, primarily so we could see the sights in DC. The condo was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was reasonably walkable. Was easy to get in and out of DC, via rideshare, and super easy to get to and from Reagan. Highly recommend!

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

This our second time staying here is the last year and we will again. The hosts are amazing, it is in the middle of the downtown area and walkable to everything.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Israel’s place is a must stay while in DC. I wish I could gate keep it for myself lol. It’s exactly as described in photos. Perfect location in the Navy Yard and walkable to so many places. Each day I was able to walk to Orangetheory and SolidCore to workout and found a cute coffee shop along the way. I think the only thing I disliked was the firmness of the mattress but this will differ for everyone. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Responsiveness, location, cleanliness, check-in, were all on point. Additionally really appreciated Israel’s flexibility as a host. I was supposed to stay in December but due to a last minute emergency I needed to change my reservation literally hours before. Last minute travel changes with flight, accommodation, etc can be hectic but Israel helped make this part easy for me. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.

Cheri and Cliff were awesome hosts! They were helpful, informative, and friendly. They have a beautiful place that is very clean and walkable to many places. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This was our 2nd stay. Spacious, private, and clean. Very comfortable. Well designed with high end materials. Kitchen area is really pretty. Highly recommend!
