Holiday rentals with lake access in Southport

Terrific home, really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, very relaxing, close to amenities, lovely view from the living room and porch that brought a serene vibe to the whole place; we had a ball! Would definitely book again!

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely fantastic stay! One of the best properties we've stayed in. Stunning location, had everything we needed inside and out, top spec facilities and Abbi was a great host. No doubt we'll be returning in the future :)

The house is beautiful and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and Holly left detailed instructions on how to use everything which we appreciated. The house is beautifully decorated and we loved the garden which is very peaceful and lovely to sit in (when it's not pouring down). We also very much enjoyed the rainfall shower. The location is great, there's a supermarket within walking distance and Lytham town centre isn't far away. Thank you for a lovely and peaceful stay 😊

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home near the Peak District, and it was everything it was described to be, and more! The house was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered a real sense of comfort throughout. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it provided plenty of space and added comfort for all of our guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nestled in a quiet, welcoming neighbourhood, it was the perfect base for exploring the stunning surrounding countryside. The host was very nice and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we truly felt at home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway near the Peak District. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

Absolutely loved my stay. The apartment was easy to find and match the description of the post to a T. Perfect location for travelling the city and close to plenty of attractions and restaurants. I had a lovely time and Carly always had me in mind to make sure my stay was pleasant which it was.

The house was very spacious, the kids enjoyed playing all the games in the cupboard, and the buckets and spades left out for us. Nicky was extremely helpful giving local recommendations as well. A really spacious apartment right opposite M&S Arena. Prefect location. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Would definitely return and highly recommend. Also great and very fast communication

We liked the very central location and accessibility to local services. The rear terrace was nice, we had our breakfast outside on the terrace on Saturday morning in the sunshine. Decor of the rooms looked good too. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed here the night before my wedding and it was absolutely perfect - the bay windows in the living room let in the perfect lighting for my photos!

The cottage was beautiful and really cosy. The area was really quiet, but really close to pubs and a shop (walking distance). We really enjoyed in the jacuzzi, nice warm and we managed to enjoy the swimming pool too. Russell was really responsive to all of your queries.

We had a wonderful stay in Parbold. The cottage itself is beautifully appointed. The variety of options of items available for our stay were way above our expectations. The thoughtful provision of local goods and produce with a huge focus on sustainability was just superb. Alastair was a wonderful host, very responsive and could not be more helpful. He has great recommendations for where to eat as well which were much appreciated. We were in the area for some concerts and were able to comfortably work remotely from the cottage for the duration of our stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. We only wish we could have stayed longer and spent some time exploring the countryside and canal and river walks. Superb.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage! It's a truly beautiful place – impeccably clean and tidy, with a fantastic view that we enjoyed endlessly from the big deck. Having such a spacious deck was a real bonus for soaking in the scenery. As dog owners, we particularly appreciated how dog-friendly the property is, and the nice walking path right on-site was perfect for our furry companions (and us!). The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with all the accessories we could possibly need, and the coffee machine was an extra nice touch that we really enjoyed. With two big bathrooms and reasonably sized rooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed and relaxed a lot during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and they provided great information, making our trip seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend this cottage for a beautiful, relaxing, and dog-friendly getaway!

We had a lovely stay in Amanda's cosy and picturesque cottage. We were greeted by her on a particularly rainy and windy dark night after a flight delay. The cottage is warm, spotless and comfortable. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Parking space is a plus. We would love to return in the future.
