Princes Street and the Dean Village and art galleries are 10 minutes walk away (0.5miles), the Conference Centre is 5 minutes walk away (0.25miles) and the Castle and Old Town are 20 minutes walk (1mile). There are numerous excellent restaurants and pubs in the vicinity, and for rugby fans Murrayfield is a 22 minute walk away (1.1miles).

Only 5 minutes walk from the Royal Mile, my flat is within walking distance of all that the Old Town offers, and perfect for the festival fringe and Hogmanay. Until very recently this was my home, so no corners were cut trying to make it nice; I'm very proud of my excellent reviews. This is a stylish and spacious one bed, ground floor flat that has all the amenities you need and is a few minutes walk from everything! There is also free parking available outside, albeit on an unallocated basis

This is a lovely quiet, cosy wee room with a decent sized single brass bed and a nice view over the back gardens. There is a shared bathroom, which I keep as clean as can and a kitchen you are welcome to use if you want to cook or have a cup of tea. The flat is in a quiet residential stair. If you are arriving after 9.00 pm, or leaving very early in the morning, please contact me before booking.

We had the best stay at Amber's place whilst I was in Edinburgh for the marathon! The flat is a super relaxing space to be in and felt so cosy and homely. It is just a short walk into the city center and has amazing pubs and restaurants nearby as well. Amber is a fantastic host and I would highly recommend staying here!

Quiet canalside en-suite double bedroom

The house is on a lovely, quiet street, and it was so easy to get around – just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, and then a quick ride right to the city center. The inside is absolutely beautiful and decorated with taste. I especially loved the backyard and the wonderful kitchen. My room is cozy and comfortable, though not very large, I slept perfectly every night. Laura and Anton are so warm and welcoming, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. They even let me leave my luggage with them for three days while I was on a trip to the Highlands, which I am incredibly grateful for. They made me feel completely at home :) I also really appreciated Laura's walking route recommendations for exploring Edinburgh. Following her tips, I got to see so many of the main sights. I really enjoyed meeting Mairi and staying with her family in their home. She was very friendly and helpful, even letting me borrow a flask to take my pre-made lunch out on a day trip. The location was beautiful and private yet also very close to a bus stop with several buses that went into town. I appreciated being able to use the kitchen and laundry facilities as well. This was a great place and a lovely stay.
