Ilmainen pysäköinti, johon mahtuu myös pitkä ajoneuvoyhdistelmä. Sisäänkirjautuminen aikataulusi mukaan, toimitan avaimen saapuessasi. Esteettömyys, talossa hissi (asuntoon vain yhdet portaat).
