Newly renovated guest house in about 50 sq.m, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live calmly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door there is its own patio facing south. A car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cribs are available for borrowing. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7km to the center), there are bikes to borrow.

All of the new model. Fresh kitchen and bathroom. In the sleeping loft upstairs you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through water-borne underfloor heating.

We had very nice days in this wonderful house, which invites you to relax, feel good, eat together, read, play and due to the good location all excursion and hiking destinations are reachable by car in a short time! Jesper personally welcomed us and gave us the most important information about the house. We felt very welcome and were received very kindly. That makes it twice as much fun :-) As already noted, the house was perfect for us. It is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and everything is as in the pictures. It radiates warmth and harmony, we had a really good time! Thank you so much for allowing us to be there!

The place was extremely tastefully decorated. You immediately felt very comfortable. Exactly this is exactly what we imagined a holiday in Sweden, whereby the accommodation definitely made the essential contribution, especially to the desired recreation. Theresa's recommendations for the surrounding and the sights to visit were very helpful. In particular, she was delighted by her recommendation for a nearby restaurant, which without a doubt far exceeded our expectations. Regardless, Theresa was very quick and available at any time for any questions. We therefore only highly recommend the accommodation to everyone!

We stayed as a family of three for 11 days in Gunilla and Dick's wonderful house. We felt very welcome as soon as we arrived. The house is a 10-minute drive from Ystadt, but in a wonderfully quiet location. You can watch lots of animals and have breakfast on the terrace at sunrise. The house is well equipped, everything is new and clean. There are also some children's toys. We felt very comfortable. The communication with Gunilla and Dick was also very pleasant. They were available for questions, but we also had our privacy. There is a lot to do in Ystadt and the surrounding area. We spent much time at the beach, but also went on excursions to the surrounding animal parks and to Malmö (easily accessible by train from Ystadt). Ystad is a beautiful coastal town with lots of stores and restaurants. There are plenty of shops in the vicinity of the vacation home, but of course you are dependent on a car. All in all, we had a great time and can highly recommend Gunilla and Dick‘s house.

Very nice and fresh apartment in Ystad, close to the city center. Good and well-equipped kitchen and there were bicycles to borrow. Mats was a nice and communicative host. The accommodation is highly recommended.
