My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

The house matched the description perfectly. Hector and Edith were always available for all the questions I had and responded very kindly. It was a very pleasant stay. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

My family and I are delighted, host Norma responds instantly I wrote twice to announce that family would come to tell the security people in less than 3 minutes answered, there was no need to write since the house has all the amenities, very clean , spacious, safe. Something very IMPORTANT many properties of El Salvador are without water and that house had water all the time, an observation for one that has children and is that the mosquitoes 🦟 did not bite us and on other occasions that is a problem because in that property we never saw one. Of all the ones I've been to, this is the best.

Place is beautiful the pool is big and beautiful. The hosts were friendly and prompt to answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Henry’s place for 2 weeks, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The apartment was super cozy and had this calm, peaceful vibe that made it really easy to relax. It was also surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated — especially after long days out and about in the city. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the space comfortable and welcoming. The location was another big plus. It’s right in the heart of San Salvador, so getting around was a breeze, but it still felt tucked away enough to be a quiet escape. Henry was a great host too — always available if I needed anything, but never intrusive. All in all, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Super recommended ! The place was spotless ,spacious and equipped as described in images for an excellent stay ; everything very central , very quiet area; Mrs. Host was always very kind and kind at all times , excellent communication from start to finish ; Super Host and super Airbnb .

The place is so cute. The view of the city is unparalleled and the weather is beautiful. The only thing to note is that the last kms to get to the cabin has a hard pogo slopes for small car. Otherwise, the experience in this place is priceless. I recommend it!

Very friendly and safe neighborhood we walked to store and they were very friendly at night we accidentally left car window open but nothing happened, super safe neighborhood, the host Hugo was super helpful and friendly. Super recommend this place

The best I've ever visited clean place quiet private comfy bed cool and relaxing jacuzzi location is super central and in a closed residential area and above all the hosts are great without a doubt a place I recommend and hope to visit again.

I loved my stay from the arrival to check-out . The site manager was exceptional, extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Mirna is awesome and I cannot put into words how much she made us feel at home. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip.

Gaby's home was a fantastic place to stay for a wedding I was attending in San Salvador. I spent 7 nights there with 4 other friends. The home was a good size with 4 beds and a couch in the living room. Wifi was very strong and fast. 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen were also very useful. The washer and dryer were a life saver. The back yard was beautiful. It is very conveniently located off of Autopista Comalapa (RN-5) which is about 10-20 minute drive from the city center depending on traffic. The private parking was very convenient if you have a rental car. The check in process was very easy and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in San Salvador.

Ricardo’s home was very nice and matched the photos. The inside was clean and very comfortable. The surrounding area had great pupuserias and restaurants in very close proximity. It was also not too far from the library and palacio. Finding the entrance was the only tricky aspect. The gps takes you to a different gate. Very tall gates and green. However we asked the gate keeper there and directed us a little to the right and towards a yellow gate where we found the correct entrance. Other than that our stay was very nice and perfect for our family. Everyone had a great time.

The location is great—close to everything and not too far from the city. The establishment feels very secure, which is a big plus. It's also very quiet, which is nice and relaxing.
