Holiday rentals with a patio in Spata

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent view of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place to visit Athens!

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

We loved the space and definitely recommends this location. Host is very responsive.

The accommodation is not far from the airport, the taxi is relatively cheap, the host prepared the food + fruit + drinking water carefully, the house is well ventilated, the bedding is clean/comfortable, the house has a large and long terrace on the top floor, and you can enjoy the mountain view after the palm lights in the evening. This homestay is worth more people experiencing💯

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hospitality from a very kind gentleman. Very clean house with all the amenities a family of four needs... Highly recommended...

We stayed as a family (2 adults and 2 children) in the apartment using the sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. Our stay was very comfortable. The house was really super clean, quiet, and had everything you need for your stay. The yard was perfect for kids to play and a little outside. Being able to park right next door was also very convenient. Andreas was very direct in communication and very helpful. Our experience overall was impeccable!

Helios has been a wonderful host. He responded fast and is always friendly and warm. His house is lovely and very close to the beach and many great restaurants. Would love to visit again.

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Fabulous stay for 3 couples. Amazing views, walkable to everything, awesome back porch for late night drinks. GREAT host!

The absolute best location and view in Athens!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

What excited me the most was that the apartment was clean. We'll definitely go again. Also, the host is very kind and helpful. Thank you very much!! I recommend it!!

Fantastic apartment highly recommended

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.
