Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We have a spare room in our lovely 3 bedroomed house. The house is in excellent condition, with a large garden and patio area. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of on street parking. As a family we all work in the healthcare sector, working shifts, (inc. night shifts) so someone that will respect that would be preferred. We are close to bus and rail links, and not far from the centre of Bristol.

There is private outside space (smoking is allowed out there) but no furniture for outdoor seating and it it not very inviting at current.
